      Mr. Nawaf is the GM in the hotel. Mr.Shehab is his staff also ans manager. They would never let you be unhappy. `trust me. This is the best hotel in Dubai. YESTERDAY IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY AND THEY KNEW ABOUT IT. SO THEY SEND ME SO MANY GIFTS.

      all three especially the check-in staff . A special shout out to the Lady in Red - Begum and her colleagues Asli and Rumelia who were excellent, professional and very efficient.

      MORE ERGONOMIC CHAIRS TO SIT AND READ - THESE WERE JUST TOO LOW FOR A SIX FOOTER LIKE ME AND QUITE UNCOMFORTABLE AS A RESULT. A TOTAL LACK OF HOOKS IN THE TOILET TO HANG NIGHTWEAR - Complained to Maintenance but the issue was not resolved

      Everything was great and staff were super helpful and friendly.

      The smell of the cups when i went for the open buffet smelled bad. I even changed my cup and the result was the same. Also when we were sleeping there was a lot of door slamming which didnt give us the most quiet sleep! But everything else was amazing!
