We came to this place back in 2019 and we absolutely loved it. The location and the people are fantastic, so we always said if we come back to Cala D’Or this is where we will stay. We didn’t even browse for other locations. And to our surprise, the place looked even better than it did back then, and the people managing it are still the same with the same great spirit. This is what you get when it’s a family business that takes pride in what they do! The way they looked after and improved the place during the past few years is extremely impressive. The location is perfect, the rooms are great and you never need anything. Just ask for help and you’ll get it, 100% guaranteed.

The standard of everything was excellent. We had excellent night sleeps in super comfortable beds.Shower was great , the apartment was big enough and very clean. Happy to chose this accommodation! Great location within short walking distance of beach. The owners of the accommodation were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous apartment, all newly renovated, spotlessly clean, spacious, modern, very well equipped. Great views from the balcony. It is a unique gem with a touch of luxury, compared to the old Canarian style. Top position, on the beautiful promenade of Los Cristianos, practically on the beach. Available and kind host.

Property is in a perfect location to explore the island and probably has one of the best sunsets of the island. It also in my opinion have some of the best beaches close to it. Great breakfast, good restaurant.

The room was very tired. There was black mold spots in the bathroom and all over the shower silicone. The silicone on the shower was so old it was leaking and the bathroom was getting a bit flooded after shower. They promptly applied new one once I reported it. The cord of the phone was kept in place by silicone and scotch. The room have close to zero soundproofing so in the morning you will hear the cleaning personnel and whoever is going in and out of the rooms. We got assigned a room on the right side and almost every morning a truck was stopping with the engine on because they have the deliveries for the hotel restaurant going on. Plus the waste container of the restaurant were just out of the room and could feel the smell of the kitchen sometimes depending on the wind.

Lighting in the whole hotel was dim or non existent. The automatic light in the corridor to our room was reluctant to turn on so you were quite often walking forward in the dark. The bedside lights in our room were dim and wouldn’t come on at all if you plugged a phone charger in next to them.

The room was very small and would have been better for a single person as there was little space to store 2 large bags. Had I realised how small a basic room was, I would have paid extra for an upgrade. That being said, the decor was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

The cockroaches, ants and neighbors upstairs were very loud. there is mold in the bathroom. The website shows two apartments in one building. but it was punished that these are different apartments. As a result, by choosing a terrace with a view you can get an apartment on the ground floor. There are destroyed buildings around, which complement the not very attractive picture.
