Location of toilet in bathroom meant you could only sit on it sideways, so not very comfortable. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in upgraded rooms

Small, narrow entrance and room, not even comfortable for a normal sized person, but if you’re plus size definitely don’t book it, you’re gonna have a very hard time entering the room. The pillows were terrible. It’s like the cheapest thin Ikea pillows after 5 years of use. I was putting clothes and towels underneath it to make it less flat. If you have the chance definitely take your own pillows from home. Beware of parking - only possible with reservation, the parking spots in front of hotel are only available for 1 hour, we didn’t know and we’ve got the ticket. 😕There is a parking 3 minutes away for 7 euro a day called seidenfabriek

Location View from the window was nice Price was lower compared to other hotels in Monschau For someone who is gonna be hiking all day and just sleeping in hotel it will be a good option

Good location. It’s close to the Haller Ruïne (which offers a great view of the town) and Burg Monschau, as well as the old town of Monschau. It’s important to be able to walk up and down hill to enjoy these sights and to reach te hotel. There’s a couple of parking spaces at the hotel, which you can make a reservations for. We had a nice stay. Rooms were clean, with a little fridge and comfortable beds. It was real quiet at night, which is a huge plus for me as I have trouble sleeping with sounds.

Everything was good, but there is no elevator - a little challenging with heavy suitcases on upper floor.

The location is very good. Decent breakfast, clean modern rooms. Friendly reception staff.

The breakfast was quite poor. Also it is a bit inconvinient that there is no one in the reception until 2:00pm when the check in opens. This means that you cannot leave your luggage if you arrive earlier or you cannot ask for information until 2:00pm.

Nice hotel 2 minutes from the Christmas market in Monschau. The room was small but cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there. The room was extremely warm but not a problem for us!

The walls are quite thin, you can hear other guests talk (especially low voices), snore and walk around. Although that is something minor as most people bring earplugs anyway. The toilet might be a little uncomfortable placed very close to the wall.

Top location, very friendly staff, clean and modern little hotel room! Great for a couple of nights in Monschau. Nice parking facilities. Very reasonably priced. Easy check in and out.

The rooms where not sound proof, I could here a lot of noices from the halway and other rooms. And the light in the hall where shining through from under the door.

Breakfest was great, enough to choose from. Staff was very kind and friendly, the room and shared spaces looked clean. I had an amazing view from my window, hotel was really close to the centre.

We really don’t toile the fact there was two single quilts for a king size for 2 people.
