Very friendly and helpful host. The hotel is situated in a very tranquil and green spot so you don’t hear the busy road although this is quite nearby. Therefore Dunfermline and Edinburgh are in easy reach. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and equipped. Beds are very comfy with very good pillows. Seldom have we stayed in a room which was só clean and I díd do the “white glove test”! A framed photo or painting would brighten up the room but now I’m being picky. We can therefore fully ánd gladly recommend this hotel.

Dunfermline was further out of Edinburgh than expected, but the public bus solved that problem. It also solved the problem of parking in the city.

The owner was friendly. Our room was large and comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic.

The driveway didn't do to much good for the car as it has a lot of potholes. It was lovely to have a TV but it was a little small

We loved the size of the bed and the cleanliness and size of the room

Nowhere to store food, needs more upkeep.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to a field and a brooke so it's nice to be so close to nature.

The 7 hour drive to get here and I was blasted by a horn for getting into the wrong lane at the penultimate roundabout.

It was a nice friendly hotel. It wasn't 5 star but it was well worth the money. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the Manager/owner was very helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and our young (3) ate free. The hotel is about 10 mins from Deep Sea World, we went there before heading off. We will definitely stay again.

No doubt the lane leading to the hotel requires serious attention, but do not let this put you off from staying here.

Great location for access to Dunfermline City Centre or the Motorway links to Perth or Edinburgh. Hidden away and very secluded, the owner, Brent, is very welcoming and can impart a wealth of local knowledge. Great home cooked breakfast and very comfortable rooms.
