Wendy was a gracious host, she met us at the apartment and explained everything that we needed to know about our stay. The apartment is even better than the pictures, clean, spacious and extremely close to all the main attractions at the Old Town. Grassmarket square is 2 minutes down the road, there is a super market up the corner that stays open until 11 at night and the Airlink 100 bus stop is a 10, maybe 15 minutes walk (uphill at first but that is the beauty and charm of the Old Town).We will definetely be looking to stay again there the next time we visit Edinburgh.

Terrific location. Go left and theres a Sainsbury & go right and you get plenty of cafes and bars.. Loved the whole set up of the apartment however please note that there are no elevators in the building so just bear that in mind.

The water pressure isn't the greatest but we were still able to wash and didn't affect our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we visit again. Great location for sights, bars and restaurants. Perfectly clean apartment and roomier than I expected. Sheets washed and smelt lovely. Tunnocks Caramel bars in the cupboards was an extra touch we appreciated!

Nothing to dislike as such - the stairs are a climb so advise travelling as light as possible , but you get used to them .

Very comfortable & well equipped . Very clean and in a great location , we walked everywhere - including to The Old Town , New Town , Botanical Gardens and Climbed Arthur’s Seat . Convenient for shops , cafes , places to eat as well . Nice view of the Castle . Warm and cosy . Wendy was really helpful arranging meeting and made it all easy .

Amazing!!! Would 100% recommend! Had everything we needed and more.... Exceeded our expectations massively. Was even provided with milk, sugar, coffee, tea, biscuits etc. Was cozy, warm, clean and in a brilliant location. Thank you for a fab stay!! 😊😊

The bed was a little too firm for us and the windows rattled a little if was windy. There was a slight musty smell when we arrived, but after a couple of days it seemed to go.

The location is close to the buzz of the grass market and not too far from the tram and Waverley station. At the same time the apartment is pretty quiet and the bedroom is at the back, away from any street noise. The facilities are all very good. Communication with the host was very quick and friendly. In spite of a few minor issues, I would definitely come back again.

Stylish, absolutely clean, everything you need inside and located right in the town centre. On top of that a very friendly and helpful owner who welcomed us in the appartment and a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay!

The windows were a bit drafty. Property would benefit from secondary or double glazing if permitted in this lovely old building. There are over 50 steps to climb with your suitcase, but it's worth it!

Liked location. Liked the furnishing, decor, crockery. Appreciated the tea, coffee, milk. Did not use dishwasher or laundry facilities but great to have available if required.

Bathroom could do with bath seal etc changed as it’s black & there were hairs etc in the bath that were there when we arrived.
