It was lovely and clean, it is really nice to wake up on a morning and be able to open the curtains and sit watching the duck's in the pond with a nice cup of tea. Unfortunately we couldn't sit out as the weather was too bad but that's no fault of the accommodation provided. It was very Cosy I would definitely recommend 100% and definetly book again, thank you for an amazing stay and thank you so much for my hubby's bottle of plonk for his birthday a lovely touch.

The fact the oven didn't have any cooking trays 🙈

There was nothing not to like we hated having to leave as we enjoyed it so much :)

We loved that everything was on the doorstep we didn't need to leave the resort we loved club Tropicana have two shows a night family bingo,done horse race bet & house bingo there entertainment for all ages,swimming with booking appointment is great idea jw bar & grill does lovely meals,cafe does nice breakfast to plenty food places to choose from on the resort,we feed ducks on the pond we definitely be back,

The weather 😆

Beautiful location on what I can imagine in the summer is a extremely busy site, going of peak was a lovely experience somewhere honestly we probably wouldn't go but had a great time, caravan very clean and clever space used

Lack of ironing facilities, mattresses could be a little firmer. Better welcome pack would be preferable. The lack of information given regarding having to book the swimming pool, bus services etc.

It needs to be advertised as only suitable for 2 adults due to the upper sleeping area not really suitable for 2 adults we had to crawl in and out of the room

There is a bedroom upstairs according to the photos but in fact you cannot get an adult up their ,crawling room only and feel this was misrepresented

on our first night we couldn’t shower as we couldn’t control the temperature of the water, it was either boiling, hot or freezing cold, which we need to find out the next day that the thermostat had gone in the shower so this was quickly changed for a new shower & the maintenance guy was very efficient and friendly and sorted the issue promptly. we also had a power cut due to the toaster being faulty again this was replaced promptly. one thing I would mention is the bed linen, as it’s quite difficult for an adult to go upstairs due to the low ceiling trying to put the flat sheet on the beds became very difficult, I think having fitted bottom sheets on the beds would make life a lot easier as younger children who are not able to make their own beds would most definitely struggle with this task, even in the main bedroom I’d say the same, fitted bottom sheets would be a lot easier.

The only thing missing was a fire. The caravan is so roomy a lot of the heat disappears upstairs. When we stayed early April it was still quite chilly first thing in a morning and at night despite the central heating

Amazing caravan. My two teenagers loved the upstairs area. Lovely big double bedroom downstairs with ensuite toilet, plenty of storage space and everything required to enjoy our Easter break. Full size fridge freezer and gas oven. Shower was great. Spent time in the sunshine on the veranda watching the ducks play. Caravan is a fair walk from the main complex, about 15 minutes but not a problem for us as it was nice and quiet.
