Our room faced the street which was a bit noisy. They have double glazing on the bedroom window but it’s secondary glazing which does not block out sound.

No parking at the hotel although yo are able to park temporarily at the main entrance to drop luggage etc. Low beams were a hazard to the non-vigilant!!

The location was perfect for exploring the town and the riverside. The hotel is a really nice building with many original features, a welcoming reception and comfortable lounge and bar areas. The room was very comfortable and clean. All the members of staff were exceptional.

Nothing comes to mind; it’s inconvenient there’s no onsite parking but there is plenty public parking around and i was able to park an hour or so in front of the hotel so you don’t have to carry luggage the whole way which worked for me!

Easy to find and located quite close to the river and public parking. I was there for an ocr race and they were very helpful in arranging breakfast to go since i had to get up early every day. A lot of restaurants around but you can also eat at the property. Would love to stay again and enjoy the full experience!

I had everything I required for 1 night. Therefore, cannot highlight what I didn't like. Parking is a bit of an issue but we managed.

We were only there for 1 night. However, the room was comfortable, check-in and check-out were easy. Room was clean and had all facilities.

Great location. Historic building. Spacious and very clean rooms. Very attentive staff. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant with the hot new chef- it’s closed on Mondays- but many eating places close by. Would definitely stay again.

Both days we were asked if we would like the room serviced at 6pm. Not really a great time so we didn’t have top ups to tea and coffee or the bed made. Little irritation but surprising for this quality of hotel.

Nothing apart from there is no car park, but we were fully aware of that. Car parking is at the Station car park (5 min walk away) and it uses the Apcoa Connect App, location code 2131. You can park outside the hotel to unload your luggage and check in.

Beautifully renovated property. Really comfortable bedroom/bed and the bathroom was gorgeous with Aromatherapy Associates products which are divine! Reception staff exceptional and caring. Allowed us to check in early which was really helpful as I was suffering from a migraine.

Car parking is a bit of an issue but that's not the hotel's fault

Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing room, amazing comfortable bed, amazing dinner and breakfast. Just Amazing! We were checked in by the wonderful Sulekha who was so friendly and helpful. The location is great, right on the river and lovely selection of restaurants and pubs nearby.

The breakfast coffee was poor. The weather was OK so parking 10 mins away wasn't a problem - in bad weather that could have been annoying

My room, located off a lovely courtyard was extremely comfortable, with a great en suite bathroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the banks of the Thames with spectacular views of the river. Breakfast was very tasty with both buffet and hot food options.

Parking arrangements in Henley are difficult. On street local is max 2 hours. The long stay at the station is 16.50 per 24 hours and 8 mins walk away. No mention of this in hotel details. Suggest guests plan their arrival and luggage logistics in advance.

Breakfast was extremely slow and the pastries initially weren't available and then when they came out (after 40 minutes) they were burnt. The second morning they were available but burnt. A service charge was added on both mornings automatically. We were there with a group getting ready for a wedding. The staff interrupted photos and drinks to get payment, despite us all staying there so they could have added it to the room if they weren't able to wait.

Limited parking but we were lucky enough to find a space outside.

We love the traditional look of the hotel and the sympathetically modern additions. Very comfortable furniture, wonderful views and a super room. The staff were very attentive, well mannered and friendly. We would certainly return.
