The floor was very chilly so I would suggest if possible either bring your slippers or if the host could offer some of the single-use slippers

The location of this it's really good, like 7-10 mins away from the Vatican hence the reason why we chose this accommodation and it's also 5 mins away from a bus/train station. The accommodation itself, even if it's an old building, the interior looks very new and clean. The room was spacious with really comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was also very lovely and you had a selection of stuff you could have ready in the kitchen and the fridge. There is also a small communal kitchen fully equipped which can be used where the breakfast it's normally served.

Very nice place near the train station and very near vatican city. Accommodation was well kept and very clean. The couple hosts were very friendly and accommodating, allowed us to drop our bags early, gave us recommendations on places to eat and go. Love that they also provided us breakfast especially the fruits!

absolutely nothing, it was perfect

Everything was perfect. In the best location right next to the Vatican, it was exceptionally clean, cosy and the bed was very comfortable! The hosts went above and beyond at every single opportunity- they even bought me a birthday cake and bubbly when they spotted the date on my passport. Honestly, I could not recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back

a little bit loud at nights (we could hear the neighbours)- but it was not problematic for us- i Add this only as information for future guests (maybe will be helpful for people who have problems with sleeping :)

we loved our apartment, was lovely, cozy, comfortable, clean and near the Vaticano+ the train station :). The breakfast was nice and sweet, typical italian breakfast :) The owners are sweethearts, helped us with everything, I could’t choose other note than 10/10 ☺️ Thank You Petya and Alessandro, it was lovely to meet you and stay in your guest house!

Apartment is brand new, with AC and heating. Walking distance to Vatican City as well as to train station Roma S. Pietro - easy and fast transport from Fiumicino airport. Petya is great host, very helpful and kind - you can count on plenty of tips and recommendations regarding places to see and where to eat.

Host is really welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, large comfy bed, amazing overhead shower, tv with netflix so we could relax after days of exploring. Kitchen space also available and breakfast provided - pastries, Cereal, fruit, yoghurt and coffee. The coffee machine was amazing! Perfect location, 2 minute walk to train station and 64 bus route (very regular bus), easy walk into vatican city. Room was spotlessly clean.

Amazing host-really walked the extra mile and beyond intentional. They made us welcome from the very first second. Everything was super personal and the hosts gave us great recommendations for rome. The room was really nice as well. We would come back anytime!

We hadn’t realised it was a room within a shared apartment with a shared kitchen.

Clean, nice breakfast, parking close by, extremely helpful hosts - helped with luggage, parking, finding restaurants, ZTL info. nothing a a hassle to them.
