Only thing i didnt like about the property is the doors connecting the room, we can literally hear them talking from the other rooms, maybe this can be changed into a complete wall, but aside from that, everything was perfect!

Location is good and amenites are ok, just less than 5min from termini station and 20-30minutes walk to different sites, also just in front of a very nice church!

The host was incredibly helpful. The hotel's location is good, easy access to key attractions, and the view from my window was simply beautiful.

There is a door to seperate neighbour room and all the speech they talk is inside your room 🤦🏻‍♂️😁 Better to construct a wall between the rooms instead of a door 👍🏻

The room did not have a good sound isolation. We could hear the baby crying and the guy snoring.

Walls are a bit thin with connecting door to the next room. Our neighbors were quiet, but this could be a problem.

Older building, but lots of modern updates in the room. Beds are comfortable, shower is excellent. Great security. Location is within walking distance of tourist destinations or metro.

The shower did leak some into the bathroom, this was easily mopped up.

This room made the most of its space, we put myself, my husband, and my mother-in-law in this room quite comfortably. Having air conditioning during the heatwave was a must, and the private bathroom was nice. Great view of the church right outside the window. The location was ideal for tourists, easy walking distance to many locations.

The only minus would be noise from the streets (weird windows) and locked doors separating rooms (noise from other rooms).

The Staff and room was really good, clean and pretty. Next is safety, big entry Doors with keys, next door for entering to the building so its really Safe.

The road is busy and can be noisy. The church bells are also loud (I realise this isn't the owners fault but good to be aware of). It would've been great to have tea and coffee in our room or mugs to get some from the communal area.

Location was great, easy to find and easy to get around from there. Room was comfortable and the air con was a god send as it was hot. Staff communication was via WhatsApp, it was clear and really useful to have all access codes in 1 message.

The window was left open meaning lots of bugs in the unit. Unfortunately one of the guests got quite bitten.

could be cleaned a-bit better. our safe was not working… which was a pain. the walls are very thin so you can here the neighbours in other rooms come in and out at night and hear everything so we struggled to sleep even after asking them to keep the noise down. also you can here the traffic from outside.

the location was very good - opposite Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore! beautiful church. walking distance to colosseum and many other tourist attractions. the Roma train station round the corner. we caught the train to the Vatican City. if your planing to travel to Naples it’s very easy and direct. cleaning facilities could be a little better. but overall a good stay & recommend staying here. as for the price your paying it’s worth it. they have a small kitchen area where you can prep tea and coffee and chairs and tables you can eat your food. it’s a very Italian building with a courtyard and lift to go up. it’s very cute.
