The staff were friendly and very helpful in helping us with places of interest and transport. Location was amazing and the view from our room fantastic. There is a restaurant downstairs where we had a great traditional Italian meal, with a very friendly proprietor and his wife. Great breakfast with plenty of variety. Good, free parking. Quiet for being on the Amalfi Coast with good access to all the places you would want to visit - Scala, Ravello, Minori, Maiori, Amalfi and Pompeii.

Very well attended! Amazing staff to match the view. The room was clean and perfect for us. We enjoy hiking off the paths next to the hotel and dressing up of amazing dinners nearby. Sometimes we walked 10-15 min others we drove around. It a perfect place to stay away from the crowds and enjoy natimure and the amazing amalfi coast views. Parking off the street was also very easy, right off the door.

Amazing views overlooking Ravello. Friendly, attentive, communicative and super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay in the Amalfi Coast memorable. (Especially Luisa and Stefano!) We were very impressed with our room, whilst the main space is quite small we had a lovely large balcony overlooking Ravello. The views are incredible. We would definitely stay again for this alone. The room itself was also very well provided for and was clean. The hotel staff were amazing and were very helpful, even providing breakfast in bed at no extra cost and drying our balcony after it rained. They also pay for the parking on the road outside the hotel which is very generous and made our lives a lot easier (free parking is always a bonus!).

NOTHING!

This property exceeded all of our expectation, it is a quaint but clean room with great facilities. The balcony is big which is also a bonus because the view is incredible from your room. The staff we met were all amazing, they also do in room breakfast! Highly Recommend! They also offer free parking! The walk to Ravello was a easy 20 mins walk.

It was clean and nice, the view was amazing, and breakfast was great. BUT the staff was amazing. I loved them. The were sweet and helpful, thoughtful, lovely, the whole 9. Scala is also a lovely place and I could die and go to heaven here.

This is a hotel worth staying in, facing the sea, with complete facilities and supplies, equivalent to a 4-star international hotel. Luisa and all the staff are very professional, warm and thoughtful. The free breakfast of the hotel is very rich and delicious, and there are free parking spaces. Luisa also introduced us in detail the nearby specialty restaurants and surrounding tourist routes, which is very considerate and professional. We like their excellent service very much and recommend this hotel to all friends who are looking for accommodation! Only after experiencing it will you know whether it is worth staying!

Only one thing is very poor internet in the room. practically does not work at all

Everything was fantastic. The hotel is clean and tidy. in a very good location, 20 minutes on foot to the town of Ravello. Our room had a wonderful view of the town of Ravello. The breakfast is very tasty, and there is also the possibility to eat breakfast in the room without any extra charge. The staff is very nice and very polite. It was my birthday, so I got a gift of champagne in the room. Very happy for all three nights which we are stay.

The pictures don’t do justice of how serene this ben and breakfast is. Everything about it was perfect. The highlight for us was the view from our room where we could see the mountains and the ocean. In the morning we saw the most beautiful sunrise of our life. The breakfast is also very good. Room service and the staff are super friendly and have great suggestions. They were so kind to even suggest options for our next destination. We will for sure be back and stay longer.

On Booking.com the hotel is advertised as 1.8 miles from Amalfi. It might be 1.8 miles but up in the mountain. On a positive, there is parking and a bus running every 20ish minutes.

The hotel is an absolute gem. They take pride in calling themselves “the first hotel in Scala”. It’s a family run business with all the positives, they really make an effort to make you feel at home. Starting from the room, which although a little small, has everything you need for the stay and a balcony with the most amazing view over Ravello on the opposite hill, and partial view to the sea. We were given the option to have the breakfast in the room for no additional charge, or have it in the dining area close to the reception. We opted for the latter. The breakfast deserves a chapter of its own! Fresh pastries with fruit preserves, a separate menu for the omelette varieties on offer, cereals, muesli etc., in addition to fresh coffee, juices and a selection of still or sparkling water. Everything prepared on the spot, fresh and tasty. Luisa who managed the reception, send us a list of things to see, restaurants to dine in and the schedule of the bus. The property offers parking as opposed to many hotels in Amalfi, where parking is either reserved for the residents or excessively expensive. We’re definitely going there again!

Staff was friendly and went over and above their duties. We had issues getting to the hotel and they sent someone to pick us up (who I believe is the owner). Fantastic hospitality and you will feel like royalty when staying here for a very affordable price. The breakfast was outstanding. Could eat in their restaurant or have it delivered to our balcony. Again, we felt like royalty. Best part of our trip was this hotel.

The room is very basic The shower is tiny There was a worn out blanket in the closet (I understand that better rooms are.muxh nicer, so please do splurge for a nicer room) My special request not go through (but that is Booking's fault - I advise you to confirm special requests with the hotel). Anyways the hotel did its best to help us and offered us free mini bar even though it wasn't their fault

There were alot of stairs but I think it adds to the history and authenticity of this B and B.

It was quaint and historic. The staff was VERY friendly! We especially enjoyed the private breakfast on our veranda with the fluffy white bathrobes provided.
