Nothing really negative about it. Perhaps a bit drab in its design, but that doesn't really affect the stay.

The location was PERFECT. Right in america-mura with all the cool shops, walking distance to Dontonburi, and lots of restaurants around. The staff were super friendly, too.

The hotel has 4 parking spaces for disabled cars. Why when there is no occupancy are they not given to the other guests

It was wonderfully close to everything, loved staying at the hotel. Super comfortable beds. The everyday cleaning, towel change and just attention to detail. Definitely a place I'd return to. Loved the free drinks/ coffee area, they were actually a life saviour some days.

Close to the station (trick is to figure out the right exit). They have a lot of drink options for free. I like that facility in the hotels in Japan. Just 2 mins walking from Dotonbori - what more can once ask for? Rooms were clean and just as described. Laundry area is good - quick and easy.

The only downside was that the room was very tiny for 3 people and there wasn’t a lot of room for our suitcases. I think the table and chairs in the room didn’t need to be there as it took up a bit of room but such a minor issue because this wasn’t a massive bother for us at all!

Staff were so super friendly! I love the little amenities like the cleansers, moisturisers and complimentary coffee and tea machine.

Chose this hotel for easy access from Shin-Osaka station and other spots thru Midosuji line. Walking distance from Dotonbori. Also walking distance to OCAT, which was the meet-up point for our day drip tour to Kyoto. Very friendly and polite staff. Free drinks at the lobby.

Good mix of food, however, limited Western choices. Breakfast is only available until 10:00 am, also during weekends, with the last order being at 9:45 am. This can be tight. Also some food options are not available until the end (e.g. yogurt runs out around 9:30 am).

Fantastic location for shopping, food lovers and night-life. ☺️ But still quiet for families. Attractions are easy to reach (two main subway stations nearby). Rooms were functional and clean.

There was only two washer cum dryer in house. Have to walk to nearby laundry shop to wash our clothes.

The location is quite convenient. we brought two toddlers age 1 and age 4 with two strollers, but the way in and out were ok for us.

The room had windows but no view. Room decorations were a bit outdated.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was great including both japanese and western options. We stored our luggage in the hotel as we arrived before the check in and when we arrived back our stuff was already in the room!
