The pillow is not that comfortable. I need to adjust it several times at night which in fact affecting my sleep a lot. Would be more comfortable if the pillow was better.

The room is big enough for family. The pantry has everything you need. The hotel is conveniently located and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The in-house laundromat is an added plus to pick this hotel.

The accomodation was spacious with a nice table to hang around. The bedroom were spacious and clean. Towels were offered everyday if we needed it. The accomodation was approx 7-10 min walk from the station, but was easy to find.

The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Our beds were on the ground as well and they were two singles and we couldn't put them together. The kitchen was pretty small can barely cook on it but it did have everything we needed there. The two beds in the main bedroom only just fit in leaving very little room to get out of them.

It's very modern, staff are really friendly and useful the rooms are clean and big and the room we had, had everything we needed.

The hotel is around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station. Just walk directly from the hotel...very easy. Many convenient stores are nearby the hotel. Restuarants are surrounded the hotel. We can walk to Don Quijote. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Kitchen in room is good. Also,I like the seprerate part of the bathroom;shower and bathtub area, toilet area, which is very convenient for 4 persons in the room. Laundry room is superb. Many washing machines are available. The waiting area is so cozy!

We loved the room! It was so spacious! We really enjoyed the Japanese Tatami 1 bedroom. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom had a tub and shower. There was a floor with washing machines too.

- Booked the Tatami mat room with 2 normal beds. It was very spacious for Japanese standards. - Friendly staff who all speak English fluently - They are willing to help with any questions that you may have - We stayed as a family of 4 with a 6yo and 4yo. It was a 5-7min walk to the station. - Location is quiet and a short walk to other restaurants in the area - Staff able to help you complete the required documentation for luggage forwarding service, Yamato - Kitchen facilities were perfect so that we can reheat light meals and store food in the fridge for snacks, fruit etc

Walk from station was about 10-15 minutes, and then depending on which line you wanted, another 10 minute walk once in station. So transport not as convenient as some hotels, and felt a long walk with our suitcases. Streets were all flat and clean, so very manageable.

Good quality family accomodation. Very clean. Easy access to rooms with lift. Laundry facilities and vending machine onsite. Convenience store across the road, and small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. 24 hour access to helpful, English speaking staff if needed. Restaurant and bar area very close.
