The room is quite dirty, there have a lot of hair in the toilet (not mine), although they have cleaned the room. Spider web is around the corner and dusty floor as well, especially to the toilet area. And the bedsheet is not soft type, feel rough and scrathy. And my room does not have hair dryer.

Their service is good and fast. Love the environment-quite &comfortable, and I love the singing performance in their lounge.

The breakfast spread offered a good foundation, but a wider variety of choices would have been incredible.

Just wow! The Saujana Hotel is exactly what I needed - a total escape. The environment is incredible - so peaceful and surrounded by greenery. It felt like a world away from the city (even though it wasn't!). The room was fantastic too - spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Big plus for a great night's sleep! The hotel itself has everything you could need to relax. The pool was amazing for a refreshing dip, and I'm definitely coming back for a spa treatment next time - pure bliss! They even have a variety of restaurants on-site, so you can enjoy delicious food without leaving the tranquil setting.

Maybe they should repaint their walls, it looks old and creepy in some way. But the room is clean and comfortable. I really enjoy it overall I give it a 9/10

It’s giving me resort vibe, like I’m in a beach. The ambience is really calming and I would definitely come back here again. It’s worth the money compared to other hotel in KL. I really like the environment and there are various restaurants available.

Playground bit old need refurbishment, pool cleanliness can be improved, beware of monkey of you left unfinished food outside your room.

Serene, tranquil,spacious, breakfast good. Dining at senja good, love evening cocktail . Staff was friendly and respectful. Club room is spacious,i got great spot during the stay. Sahoor was good too. Tq Ti Chen restaurant manager who treat us for Raya. :)

The playground is bit old and rustic, can consider to refurbish.

Breakfast was good, love the omelette , dimsum and hot choc offered by the restaurant manager, not many choices but as a small eater like me, it was sufficient enough for the breakfast. Senja steak and pizza waa good Love the evening coctail in business lounge. Environment super serene,love it for natural lover like me, and trees were well mantained. Away from traffic noise.

Swimming pool and kids playground area kinda worn out without maintenance. Dinner buffet was full house as the place is too small.

I guess the lack of manpower caused some issues for my stay. Just some.. but this is 2nd time. And surprised the SAUNA/Steam Bath is not there for such a resort. And it was my Bday, I mentioned it many times.. but nothing special was done. I didn’t expect but considering the low occupancy I am just surprised that the call out was simply ignored. I was there with my kid. Bummer there. And the Pool can be maintained better. This is my 2nd trip there Both I had unpleasant experiences though this time was lesser.

Wish they had kids pool and more playgrounds for the kids to play. They should really fix the existing playground look a little bit dirty and rusty.

We did not had breakfast however we had sahur Instead and food was good. Thank you to all the staff who have been helpful thru our staycation.

The lobby floor is quite dirty and smelly, we were shocked at first, but the view did bring back our vacation mood again

The doors to the connecting rooms could not be opened. Even after seeking help from one of the staff who said he wld return, nothing was done.

Spacious rooms and comfy beds. The hotel also provided substantial pre-dawn meals (sahur) during fasting month and the food was delivered to the room.
