I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room's hygiene and cleanliness were impeccable, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, catering to our every need. A delightful bonus was the free mini bar in our room, which was topped up daily – an unbelievable and thoughtful touch by the hotel. The location was also fantastic, just a 1-minute walk from the Metro/Train station, providing quick and easy access to the center of Amsterdam (only a 10-15 minute journey to Amsterdam Central). I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on future visits to the city.

Location was perfect. Just a few minutes to the metro station to get to city centre and literally one stop from the airport. There is also a tram station on the other side. The room was clean and had all the essential facilities.

The property was modern, very clean, the complimentary mini bar was fab, very local to Zuid station meaning instant transport to airport and Amsterdam Centre.

The bed was too firm and not very comfortable. The room was hot all the time. We were told we couldn't lower the temperature any more. It would have been helpful to have a fan available or air conditioning. I can't imagine how hot it would get in the summer. The bike rentals only had one gear, I would have rented elsewhere had I known. We rode them 14 miles out to Ransdorp.

This hotel was beautiful, very close to a train stop, grocery store, and a park. It was outside the city center but only a 15 minute train ride to reach anywhere. The room was clean, there was a fridge with water and beer available for free everyday. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

I feel like there were not any downsides to this hotel.

This location was very near to the station, many shops and restaurants including Market 33. The staff were all friendly and helpful during checkin and checkout, and the front desk was always well-staffed. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I’ve stayed here twice now. Great location! 2 minute walk to nearest metro. 10 mins from the city centre, 5 minutes to airport. The rooms are really clean and comforting, I loved relaxing there. The staff are always friendly and very accommodation, especially with holding our luggage when our room wasn’t ready or if we had a late flight home & checked out of our room.

It was disappointing to be allocated a room with a bathroom for a disabled person - not requested. Also, to say there is a ‘mini bar’ in the room is grossly misleading. It is a fridge with 3 soft drinks and water! Not a great deal of space for toiletries, etc.

We had a twin room on a room only basis so didn’t have breakfast. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Room space was at a premium but we managed.

So close to the train station so so convenient for everywhere!!! Rooftop bar in hotel was AMAZING. We sat at the bar and had cocktails. We had a great time chatting with the bartender. He was so friendly and interesting and his drinks were wow amazing! Nice breakfast and had restaurants/bars/cafes close by. We loved the room it was so comfy and luxe facilities such as the coffee machine and stocked fridge. Already looking to book again in September!!

Location was very convenient - direct train to airport and Centraal station and walkable to the Rijksmuseum. Hotel was well maintained, staff were friendly, check in and out were quick and efficient and the room was good sized and sound didn't travel, some soft drinks were included.

During weekend the breakfast was chaotic, it seems they hard to handle many people. Also the staff was just walking around and not even care with the dirty tables…. And they used the same clothes to clean all….

The location is great, super close to train station, metro, tram and you can reach the airport within 15 min and the center 25 min. Room is nice and spacious, clean, bright. Food was also great.
