My tv was not working properly as you couldn’t get it to stay off and then the phone connection with the front desk didn’t work. These should be easily fixable. Didn’t find breakfast as good as it used to be - no muesli or granola, i .e., with oats or grains - just nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Long walk into center city.

I like the access to the great spa facilities. I like the closeness to walking trails by the water. Also closeness to the airport. Dinner options in spa were quite good and well prepared. Room was very nice, especially rain shower.

Room too dark, reception a bit too focused on upselling and charging you for everything, if they could they’d charge you for taking a beach of air! Breakfast eggs tasted like powder eggs, not good enough quality for price. Housekeeping didn’t refresh toiletries once in 4 days (even after I asked reception)

The spa is absolutely stunning. The rooms in the separate building over the tennis courts are clean and modern, and have a nice view onto the park.

The smoking shelter has a glass sidewall without any warning dots on it. In certain light conditions it is impossible to see the sidewall. As a result, I walked straight into the class damaging my spectacles but fortunately not damaging myself. We reported this to reception. You may see how, difficult it is to see the sidewall in the photograph below. This is an important health and safety issue which has to be dealt with as soon as possible.

The rooms need renovation but it was still a nice stay because of the facilities. The bed had a big dimple and needs urgent replacement.

The big bath in the bedroom was amazing. The facilities are great and the food in the restaurant was nice although it was a bit expensive.

This hotel "belongs" to a great wellness spa centre, that's included when you book the hotel. The Spa is great, with multiple inside and outside sauna's, steambaths, jacuzzi's and pool. Great for a nice getaway! Dinner and breakfast also very good!

It should be put in the description which you see before booking, that the hotel is charging 100 € for every person as guaranty/insurance. I got my money back, but I would prefer to be informed about this in advance. It also should be clear before booking that you need to pay for slippers in order to use the spa facilities.

The bedrooms, they were dark and didn’t feel comfortable. They are on the car park, which makes them very noisy. We had to move room because it was so noisy.

The bed wasn't good. The roll top mattress made me keep falling off the side, I was having to avoid falling out of bed. The 2 twin beds to together make double kept separating.

Location, quiet and easy to reach from the airport but a bit decentralized and you have to take a while to get into the city, however, perfect for a wellness weekend.

A pleasure to stay at this hotel and can unreservedly recommend it. The hotel is a clean, well-equipped facility, which makes the entire staff an oasis of well-being. The principle "customer is king" really stands out and is lived by the entire staff. One further special highlight is the first-class spa area. Instead of a hotel spa, this feels more like a thermal spa and features everything you could wish for during a relaxing stay. From the various saunas and steam baths to the relaxing relaxation areas, everything was perfect. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, so there was something for everyone. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers excellent service, and no matter what request or question I had, the staff were always friendly, and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Many thanks to the lovely staff for their wonderful hospitality!

The cleaning staff are nice, but they seem a bit untrained and have made a few mistakes that are not up to industry standards: • Moving guests’ belongings unnecessarily. Nothing was lost, but it was not nice to see pajamas piled up on a chair. • Not having dedicated channels of transport of tools, resulting in them using the elevators alongside guests and creating congestion with carts. I have been assigned to stay in another building that misses a covered passage in between - had to run for 20 seconds in the rain to reach the main building, where the cafeteria and spa facilities are. Additionally, the parking rates, both hourly and for a “day card,” are relatively high. The location is less accessible without a car, which means that parking costs could be a consideration for those driving there.

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. Everything was nicely maintained at a sufficient level. Nothing too fancy, but pleasant.

Breakfast buffet extremely chilled, making some food items (fruits, vegetables) too cold to enjoy. While I appreciate a well-lit room, which was the case here, there weren't many options to create a more cozy lighting. Bathroom and room lighting not suitable for makeup application.

Reception staff very friendly and quick to help with any queries. Quiet and spaceous room, well-lit. Nice breakfast area and breakfast options. Hotel restaurant was only for guests using the spa, but there is a nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
