The staff was wonderful, friendly, & accommodating with my booking mishap. We were met with cold juice and a cool towelette. The location was great! You’re able to walk out the hotel and find lots of little shops & yummy street food. It was easy to grab a bolt for a ride somewhere. We preferred this stay in Bangkok opposed to the other night we stayed on the other side of Bangkok. It was less congested and less of the giant mall setups/nightclubs.

It is not far from Khoa San Road but the actual location is nice an quiet. The room was a good size lovely and clean with AC. The hotel has a roof top pool with amazing views and you can order food and drinks from there.

Since I was traveling alone it was fine but would be strange to travel with someone as there's no true closure between the bathroom and the living space. So if someone needed to poop...not ideal.

Everything was very clean. Loved lounging by the pool. Location is great for walking around! Staff was so kind and helpful. Didn't have any issues with noise when sleeping. Loved the jacuzzi tub!

The breakfast is really bad worse I've had anywhere . Cold food , little choice to choose from. Pool had to much choline Room floors could be cleaner..

Honestly, I can't say there was anything I didn't like about our experience at the Chillax Resort.

It was a prefect distance from the main Khoa San Road, that was not so close that you could hear any noise but still only a 12 min walk or 4 min ride to the party centre. The guy dedicated to booking trips and taxi's was amazing and all staff polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good value for money and had a selection of food for everyone. Would definitely go back.

Understand for energy conservation but air goes off when you leave room. Breakfast buffet was meh. Better/cheaper food in the street Spa was closed.

The bathroom only has a curtain between the bedroom and toilet going down one lift through the hotel reception to go up another lift to get to the pool in your swimming gear the manager made you feel like you should not be staying here very unapproachable person needs to learn to be more friendly and happy with people staying there balcony, s should not be mentioned when booking a stay as you cannot sit out on them.

The breakfast was very good the hotel was always clean the guy you book a airport taxi with is very nice and gets it right not far from koh san road and many restaurants and bars very close to a big 7 11and a money changer at bottom of road

The room was a little messy. The treadmill was not working in the gym, it needed to be lubricated.

The pool and bath were great. I've never seen such a double Jacuzzi. The gym has air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection of dishes. The staff was friendly, and it was pretty quiet inside. The hotel is located in the old town, and quite close to the city center.

Its just a little bit far from the big shopping centres.

Definitely the facilities is great and just right for its value. Love the part where it is a walking distance to the palace, boat ride and also khaosan road.

The pool had a beautiful view and the gym next to it was nice as well. We got a free upgrade to a better room which was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our luggage etc.
