Excellent location in the middle of Phi Phi but still quiet from the street noise outside. Staff member met us at the pier to take our bags on arrival which was lovely

Bathroom smelled quite bad after a large rainstorm. I have heard many times that it is the islands sewage issue, so they cannot do much about it!

Place was lovely. Right in the heart of it all, everything is super walkable and close , but tucked nicely enough that with the AC on we did not hear any noise from any bars. Beds were comfy, room was quite nice, staff was great. We will stay here again if we return! Most places on the island have low scores, so we had low expectations but hoped spending a little more would pay off, and it did!

the bathroom smell was sometimes unbearable. the pressure in the shower could be stronger too. walls are rather thin and you can hear some noises from time to time, but it's not that bad. AC could be definitely placed somewhere else than in front of the bed.

it was the first hotel in Thailand in which we didn't find any spiders/bugs/cockroaches. there are totally comfortable beds. the room cleaning service was perfect, location is great and they have an indoor smoking area. staff was very helpful as well.

There is no water pressure, but I guess this is a problem all over the island. The ladies at the reception, were really rude. Didn’t see a smile. Not only towards us, but spus-o other guests. Fortunately, you don ‘t have a lit of Bussiness with them. Also, you need to give them a 1000 bhat warranty per room. I think it’s because possible damages and because they have a 500bhat /hour fine if you check out late.

The smell in the bathroom but I expected it to be way worse than I read. But the hotel tries their best to disguise it with air fresheners.

The location and not described as disturbing. Because there were reviews where people complained about the overbearing noise.

The property and the room could use a little TLC (e.g., some paint refresh). Stronger shower pressure would also be great.

Perfect location near the pier. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable. They provided lots of towels and linens. It was perfect for a one-night stay.

Missed having a pool but that's my own fault for not researching the hotel properly. Rooms and bathroom a little bit small.

There is no pool, however two beautiful beaches are walking distance.

Prime location, clean spacious rooms with friendly helpful staff. We booked a tour in reception, taking us around the local islands on a sunrise tour. Two beaches walking distance and close to all bars, restaurants etc

The wall is so thin or insulation is very bad. Because we hear every voice and it is really disturbed us. There is so much housefly 🥲

No information that deposit will be taken and in cash. AC placement not the best - blows directly into bed. Windows are very close to another building. Room is spacious, but no place to put things.

A little bit pricey but I found the island in general was expensive to stay. Bit of a gross smell in the bathroom especially when running the water in the sink but from the reviews I gather this is an issue across the island. Some inconsiderate guests during our stay, I had booked sunrise tour to maya bay and I was kept awake until early hours as what sounded like a large group were shouting and talking so loud in the lobby for multiple hours and could even hear it over my headphones. This kind of ruined my tour the next day as I only got a couple of hours sleep maximum.

Great location and bed is super comfy. I like that they have bell boys who pick up your luggage on check in and take it to the pier when you leave. Rooms are nice.

There is no luggage room, so if you are early or leave late, your stuff will be next to the reception in the open. However, this is a small point of attention. Besides that, nothing really to comment.

The location of the P2 Wood Loft is very central. You step outside and you are directly into the centre of the city/island. Despite that, the rooms are 'sound-proof'. We did not hear any loud music. The rooms are very spacious, so this was a big plus since our previous stay was quite small. The room was very clean and the airconditioning worked perfect. The beds were big. Staff was friendly and their English was fine.

Was quite expensive for basic accommodation, compared to others on the island - especially as there was no pool, no breakfast included and our towels had many stains on.

The location was great, was walking distance to everything we needed without it being too loud. Staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were spacious & comfortable.

Good location but doesn't face the sea. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Staff is courteous, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, AC is very strong and the geyser is good too.
