Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). BulgariaWe couldn't sleep at all, the beds are very uncomfortable and saggy and one couch was broken and wouldn't stretch, the pillows are also very uncomfortable. And the second sofa is short and suitable only for younger children up to 10-12 years old. If you are a light sleeper, the mosque just a few meters opposite will also disturb you, because the loudspeakers are turned on several times at night.
The hotel has a good location and it is really an advantage that it has a free parking lot. The rooms are clean, but in general everything is quite old and not maintained. The advantage is that there is a fridge, but you better buy forks and glasses, because there are only two of each, and you don't even have anything to wash them with, they run the dishwasher when they clean the room.

IranIn my opinion, focusing more on cleaning the hotel (using a vacuum cleaner) and periodically taking care of the room equipment can have a good effect on the quality of hotel services and the satisfaction of travellers. Also, due to the fact that the lobby space and the private space outside the hotel have a suitable size, it is possible to provide hospitality services to local residents by equipping a coffee shop in addition to hotel guests.
I did not book this hotel with breakfast so I can not express my opinion. In general, the location of this hotel is in a quiet place and it is easy to reach different parts of the city by bus, minibus and metro (cheap transportation). Also, things like restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, mosques, clinics and hospitals and supermarkets (Migros and a101, 24/7 gas station supermarket) are easily accessible.

The rooms-apartments are spaceous, very clean, with all necessary equipment, very light with big windows.Kitchen has all that is needed even more than that.Bathroom is quite big too. AustraliaThe cleaning when I arrived was not as good as I like. There was no mattress protector. The bed frame had big stains on it. Which just didn't make it feel very clean. The pillows were very old.
The staff were very helpful and nice. They really helped when needed. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and having a washing machine was great. It was cooler weather when we stayed but the room was always warm and comfortable. Close to transport.

United StatesThe night receptionist wasn't helpful at all being that he didn't speak English, but it wasn't a situation that a translator couldn't assist with. He didn't help at all.. The place was smaller in person than it looked on the site, but it worked out fine for us.
The morning receptionist was extremely helpful and assisted with everything we needed including helping us order food. The place was clean and had most of what we needed. We loved the location and feel of the area which became easy to navigate through as the days went by. The area was quiet, walkable and only 3 to 5 minutes away from the bus and Metro stops.

United KingdomApart from the one member of staff who was super helpful who worked during the day and went above and beyond for us, didn’t like anything else regarding the apartment! Furniture out of date, not clean, flooring needs replacing, curtains in bedroom were falling off, problems with AC on the 2nd floor. Located in Maltepe which is 9 stops away on Metro from main Kadikoy. Although Metro is 2mins walk from apartment, still a long journey to main Kadikoy everyday to main attractions and then a ferry boat cross to the European side. Not ideal if you have children/for families!
Not much at all! We were very disappointed when we first arrived. We had two apartment rooms and stayed for two weeks. Only one member of staff who actually speaks English who was amazing in helping us throughout, answer all our questions and resolve problems.In the evening there is security staff who cover the desk, our AC didn’t work on two occasions, you have to wait until the morning for problem to be resolved! Furniture is so out of date, sofa beds are broken and not comfortable at all to sleep on. Not ideal for families or if you have children. The double bed in the main bedroom is the only comfortable bed to sleep on. (Mattress wasn’t that great) Pictures make this apartment look really nice but it’s not as clean, room service are lazy, don’t clean thoroughly. Towels were changed everyday but they have holes in them. Not the standard we were expecting!! There is one member of security on reception desk in the evening who doesn’t talk English who was very rude, dismissive and ignorant. As we didn’t speak the Turkish, was so ignorant. Wouldn’t book this place ever again!!
