We very much liked our room( 203) with an amazing view over the town and we enjoyed watching the fireworks and bonfires of the Sagre de Pesce from our room. We also loved Camogli as it feels much more down to earth than some other places along this stretch. The staff were very helpful and carried our bags down the steps outside the hotel which close to the station . Breakfast was very good

The hotel is in an excellent location, easily accessible from the train and easy walk through Camogli. Right beside the hotel are stairs to a safe swimming beach. The breakfast is fresh and the staff are great. The cleanliness of the whole hotel is above standard, well done to all the team there. Lastly Stefania at the front desk is the kindest person and goes out of her way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
Boasting a terrace overlooking the surrounding olive trees, BBQ LODGE is set a 5-minute drive from Recco's beaches and 6 km from Camogli.

Fantastic place to stay in Genoa. The views out of both large bedroom windows were spectacular showing the Sea front and the bay/harbour below. Many restaurants at the harbour side which was a short walk down a steep hill or down flights of steps from the front of the B&B.
The room was comfortable with a lift to enable baggage to be easily transported to your room.
The host Claudio spoke excellent English and was very accommodating. Parking is good if arranged first as the available space is limited.
The in-house cafe was used as the breakfast room and the offerings were a comprehensive selection of coffee, bread, croissant, jam, cheese, meat, granola, milk, etc
The en-suite was tidy and functional.

Loved this hotel Many facilities, perfect location, beautiful views, delicious food at restaurants. Breakfast in beautiful dining room over looking water with great service and many choices. You just walk right out of side entrance and down an alley and your in the town. There is also an elevator right near by to take you to the upper town, otherwise you can walk up a bunch of stairs.

Lovely fishing village on the Italian riviera.
Lovely fishing village on the Italian riviera. Enjoyed watching the sailboats in the harbor. Seafront lined with charming colorful homes. Seafood restuarnts line the seafront. Known for delicious foccacia bread and pesto. There are hiking trails and great boating excursions to Portofino, etc. What's not to like? It's one of my favorite Liqurian towns.

It’s a beautiful introduction to the area. We loved it.
It’s a beautiful introduction to the area. We loved it. We came by train which was good, on time and air conditioned. Cheap tickets too. We travelled from Tortona and stayed one night. I would definitely returns.
We didn't meet the hosts, but they were kind, helpful and quick to reply. They tried to provide everything that a guest would need. They show you for arrival how to get from the high, upper street (where the train station and supermarket are) down to the street on the beach using the city's elevator. We visited 4 of the Cinque Terre villages and we think that it would be better to stay in Camogli, or Rapallo if you want a larger town (because of too many tourists in the small Cinque Terre villages).
Albergo Augusta was well situated close to all of the restaurants and beach in Camogli. The ferry to San Fruttuosa and Portofino were also easy to access and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice continental style with pastries, yogurts, cereal and coffee and they had a nice outdoor patio and coffee/lounge area shared between guests. The AC worked well and they cleaned the room nicely ever day. Check-in and check-out went quite well!
The Location was excellent with fantastic views overlooking the fishing harbour. The reception is unmanned in the afternoon but the instructions we were sent on how to find the hotel, where to park the car etc. were all excellent. The staff the next morning were extremely helpful and run the bar/café below which is where we had a very good cooked breakfast. The air conditioning worked extremely well. One of the few hotels on our trip where this worked properly.
It was right in the middle next to the stairs. 40 to 50 steps up the street where the train station is and stores (super market, fruit, other), restaurants and other things. Few stairs down, beautiful buildings, hotels and others, from there like 20 steps down and you are at the beach (you could rent some loungers and umbrellas) or do it like us: spend more time in the perfect water and less on the not so comfortable pebbles.
We loved this charming apartment - the wonderful balcony - the location on a pedestrian street right on the beach and next to several great restaurants in the cozy town of Camogli - the spectacular view of the sea and the sound of waves on the beach below ;-). The excellent hosts were very helpful with recommending restaurants and with everything.
Location was excellent. Close to everything in Camogli. Very spacious. Extremely well-kept and clean. The owners met us upon arrival with fresh foccacia bread and 2 bottles of water. We were grateful for both. The apartment is as shown on the photos , and communication with Aldo was always easy with prompt replies.
Stella Marina is perfectly located: 2 minutes from the train station and walking distance to the beach.
Staff is friendly and available to give you any suggestion to enjoy your stay.
My room was comfy with a big bathroom.
I'll definitely consider it again for another long weekend in Camogli!
Loved everything about this hotel, probably my favourite I stayed during 2 trips to Italy this year. New, beautifully designed hotel, our balcony view of the charming town was to die for. Every single one of the staff we interacted with were amazing. Breakfast with a view was awesome.
Fresh, clean and well-equipped apartment overlooking the small harbour of Camogli. You are right in the middle of everything no matter what you want to do. 1 minute from the beach.
Absolutely lovely. Contact with the owner was easy and perfect. Would love to stay here again one day.
Perfect location 45 seconds walk to the beach and as soon you walk out of the staricase you are on the mainstreet with lot of resturangs and small stores. Clean appartment with fullt equipped kitchen. Comforly beds. Very nice view over the ocean from the windows.
Location was brilliant. Best in town directly on the beach. Photos were accurate and view was amazing from our little balcony. The property had all equipment needed including beach chairs for free beach out front. Camogli is a beautiful relaxed and friendly town.
Amazing location, views are beautiful the photos don’t do it justice, very safe area and right near a local bus stop which runs every 20-30 mins to and from camogli, eqsy to get to the beach
Paolo the host is very helpful and available for any queries
The location was perfect -- so close to the promenade/beach but also quiet enough to get some rest. Very close to shopping. Very easy to hit the beach, run back to the room and quickly get back to the shops and restaurants. Really ideal location!
Location was great, just a few steps from the magical Camogli border. It was one of two rooms in an apartment building, with a private bathroom outside the room. The hostess was very welcoming and informative.
Stunning views, apartments were well appointed and relatively modern and large. The ambiance of the hillside over looking Camogli is idyllic, every day offered a postcard moment.
The facility was well taken care of and had a good atmosphere. A regal old hotel that is vibrant. The view, the workers great attitudes and friendliness and quality food
Great views, lovely surrounds, sparkling pool, private beach, comfortable bed, buffet breakfast with a view, and friendly staff are all at this beautiful old hotel.
