Everything was perfect except there was never any staff in the bar in the evenings. There was one member of staff who came in and made us 2 cappuccino 's and made out the oat milk wouldn't froth up... Poor excuse for two awful cups of coffee. On a seperate occasion we asked for two cocktails and the same member of staff very abruptly told us he can't make cocktails, instead of suggesting the lounge which we weren't aware of at the time, so we left. On our last evening we asked if we could have a bar meal and sit outside, but was told by reception If we wanted to eat outside we would have to take the food outside ourselves. So we ate elsewhere. On the whole we really enjoyed our stay but I hope you take these comments on board so that you can improve your customer service to your guests who pay large amounts of money to stay at your hotel.
