We really enjoyed staying at Dreams Resort. The room was clean and nice. The food was great, although it was very similar every day, you still have a great choice. The location is great. The territory is beautiful with nice views. There are several pools. We used the one that was heated because it was end of October. It was really nice, you have a pool, a bar, a restaurant and a sea view in one place.

Small resort Good location, near Corfu town with easy transportation by bus to hotel from Airport and Corfu town. Beautiful stoney beach with €12 euro charge for 2 beds & umbrella. Good variety of restaurants but in our experience cost has increased for food and drink since last year.

Gouvia itself isn’t great.
Gouvia itself isn’t great. Beach is small, crowded, merky water etc - no where near as good as other beaches on the island. The town has some lovely restaurants, but it’s very very touristy (Brits abroad - a bit like Benidorm).
Has good bus links to Corfu Town and some much nicer beaches and places on the island.

The location of Gouvia is excellent!
The location of Gouvia is excellent! Close enough to Corfu Town, Corfu port and Corfu airport, so very accessible. It has a range of restaurants and cafes around, enough shops and supermarkets and is a 2 minute walk to the main road foing through the island. However, as the beach is not very nice and not well maintained, it is not a place to spend your vacation. We only spent the nights in Gouvia and spent the days exploring the island and for such a vacation I would recommend it. Also, as it gets quite noisy at night, I would not recommend it to families with young kids or older people looking for some restful and peaceful vacation.

It is a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach, close to Corfu city and airport. However you will need to rent a car. Once you have one, it is a great place, since you can easily drive to all other parts of the island.

The village is small, but with nice view to the sea, warm water, beach with stones, good restaurants, not far from the Corfu town. The restaurant in the Palotel hitel was good, the breakfast bar with iced coffe fresh juices, ive cream and waffles was perfect. Te excursions can be bought near, as well as car rent.
We had a really wonderful stay at Pierhouse Gouvia, Alex was so helpful and welcoming and was there to answer any questions we had about Corfu, Gouvia or the accommodation very quickly. We absolutely loved Gouvia which had some incredible restaurants. It was very central to get to other areas of Corfu, such as the old town or beach areas. For such a reasonable price we would definitely come again
This is a lovely hotel and its position away from the bustle of Gouvia was a plus for me. Decor in the room was fabulous and bed was really comfy. The location gave options to travel on public transport in a number of directions. Buses were frequent and pretty much on time and the cost of a ticket was really good value . All staff were charming, helpful and informative. Great holiday!
good location right near beach and loads of shops
the breakfast options were limited expected a little more however the staff were so nice and helpful
the hotel is on a narrow road so expect to take taxi to attractions which can be costly but enough rent a car shops nearby aswell as supermarket and souvenir shops, resturaunt, doctors etc
Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly , the location was super nice and the food was delicious. Even though we only stayed just 1 night we had so much fun and we highly recommend this resort. The resort has so many activities and fun things to do. We will definitely go back and stay more
A nice place to stay in Gouvia, about 20 min with the bus from Corfu town, easy acces from the bus station. The owners are really friendly, nice pool, the beach is 3 minutes far from the apartments, and the restaurant has delicious traditional greek food. Totally recommend it!
Starting with Christos, family, staff, great people, ready to help any time and in any way possible. Very clean, the best pillow I had so far in a hotel( I have a big problem with pillow). I recommend the hotel if you are planning to go to Gouvia.
The hotel was clean and very good for the price. Breakfast buffet was great. The best is the staff. They are super nice and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The vibe is of a small family run place.
Great location. Bus stop, and Supermarket, are a five minute walk. Excellent Restaurants on same Street, particularly one right next door with great food for cheap prices. Small Beach three minutes away. E
Location and authenticity of the hotel was lovely. People were helpful. Had a good breakfast every morning, Rooms were clean and a nice balcony with a view of the sea.
The hotel facilities were excellent and in a great location, with easy access to all that Gouvia. Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until our departure.
