We stayed here last year and loved it so much we booked again! Great location, good breakfast and big, comfortable beds. Everything was super clean and rooms are very well equipped with everything you need.
Located off Main Street, this hotel is equidistance from the center of the town and the Ogunquit Playhouse, approximately 483 meters.

This is literally the nicest hotel , the rooms was ready early so we could book in. The hotel itself was so clean and modern . The female reception staff in the daytime were absolutely lovely and professional, as we're the male staff in the evening, . Amazing people . The room was huge in main building, comfortable bed , great bath/ shower. Air con and a fan there were choices and it had everything you needed . A coffee maker despite having access to drinks in reception and water . Two pools one 16 plus yes this one was small , but it was perfect being quiet. but the hot tub was really hot like a hot tub should be. Open till 10 and a gym . The breakfast was perfect and the lovely female breakfast staff member who was so friendly and warm . This Hotel and it's staff are top quality. I really don't want to leave today .

I could imagine spending more time enjoying the things they had to offer here. I think they did a good job on the updates and could spend time in the room and pool and grounds.

Excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff. Lovely location and room as well. We were pleasantly surprised since we expected a very run of the mill motel. We would return when we have time to enjoy the lovely location on the water.

Met our expectations for a night's sleep on our way
We love Ogunquit. The restaurants, the beautiful flowers in season, the beach vibe and beautiful views of the sea. Not to mention the great lobster dinners. Only Maine lobster ist truly the best. Fun for families and anyone who loves a beach vacation. If u stay right in town you can walk to the restaurants. Parking in the summer is a challenge.

Ogunquit is either a tourist trap cleverly disguised as a town or vice versa. I grew up near there and still haven't figured it out after 60 years. The Marginal Way is a very scenic walk. We often drive up from Central Massachusetts with the sole purpose of strolling it and sitting on the rocks. Seldom stay the night. Hannaford's up the road in Wells is a good place to shop for food if you prefer to not blow all your dough in restaurants. Still over-priced for a grocery store, though, but has decent selections. In the summer, the traffic is ridiculous in the center of town. There is a 6-way intersection where there should be either a traffic circle, a police officer, traffic lights - or even all three. It backs up for a mile or more in either direction and parking can be limited, so be aware if you are a new visitor.

This town is my most favorite place to go.
This town is my most favorite place to go. It is best just off season to avoid the crowds. Beautiful beach and Perkins Cove is quaint. Lots of quality restaurants. Shopping outlets are just a few miles down the road. The local play house also has quality performances.
Clean, well appointed and even had darker make-up wash cloth to avoid guests staining white ones...very thoughtful. We booked super last minute because the previous hotel we had reserved was a bust. Parking right in front of the room was a plus when arriving late with a family and small dog. Though the property was pet friendly you would never guess it because of how well maintained and clean it was! We were in and out rather quick but would definitely book again the next time we are traveling through!
The location is perfect and can't be beaten. The trolly stop is right in front of the motel and it will take you everywhere in Ogunquit. Beaches restaurants and Perkins Cove. The shortcut to the beach is in front as well. You can park and never move your car. A very short downhill walk to the beach from Main Street. As close as you can get without staying on the beach that may only have 4 hotels on it and if you stay on the beach you will be walking up to Main Street and Shore Dr most of the time.
Furniture was new and modern looking, room was good size, hotel area was calm and the stay was relaxing. There was a fridge, Microwave, good sized coffee machine and... very special - a toaster in the kitchenette :)
Nice picking area with all you would need for a good outdoor eating
Coffee was really good!... breakfast though - only sweets (muffins, donuts, sweet yogurts)
the 2 King rooms in the Beach Street building all have massage chair in the room, as well as a fantastic view of the beach from the balcony! there was a restaurant called Splash on the beach that serves both breakfast and dinner, and the Ogunquit Beach House restaurant just underneath the Beach Street building serves both lunch and dinner. we barely had to leave the beach!!
The room didn’t have a great view (parking lot), but the Sea Chambers was right on the ocean and had a lot of seating areas with beautiful views. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that breakfast was included . The staff was super friendly and polite. All in all, I would give a 10 out of 10.
Perfect location and easy walk to everything in downtown Ogunquit area. We received a complimentary room upgrade and my daughter and I appreciated the king size bed. We also had a private screened porch with two rocking chairs, which was lovely.
Very nicely updated, clean and friendly staff. This location appears to be owned by the same company that owns a Holiday Inn Express. I noticed on an employee’s shirt three business names, including Ogunquit Tides and Holiday Inn Express.
A great location right outside of the downtown area of Ogunquit. A small size hotel, that is charming and affordable. The heat pool was great, and there are wonderful restaurants within walking distances of the hotel.
We loved the location of our room, although in the future will try to be on the oceanside. The breakfast was very good, grateful to see the gluten free options. We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and pool.
The Sea Rose Suites are in an excellent walking location to the little town of Ogunquit. Nice facilities, wonderful staff, ample parking. Love my little suite and would absolutely go back.
the location and the front balcony. Unfortunate that I won't be able to visit the same room with my dog, though. Only some rooms are dog friendly, just not the really good ones.
The resort is so clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The indoor and outdoor pools are very clean and are open much later than other hotels/motels.
Liked the location
However there are two sides to the the hotel
One on Main Street
The other in the quiet backyard
