Quaint, quiet, beautiful, and clean. We loved it,right off the trail and walked down to the beach! Excellent room, convenient parking and good coffee and snacks right there in the village. Ee drove to Vista for dinner, not far, highly recommended! We will return soon! Thank you!!!

Avila La Fonda is a true gem on the West Coast. From the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly checked out, we were enveloped in a haven of comfort and warm hospitality. The accommodations at Avila La Fonda were fabulous. Our suite was beautifully decorated and the complimentary wine and delicious homemade pie created an inviting and cozy atmosphere that made it difficult to leave. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating getaway. From the Front Desk to the 2 guys (sorry didn't get their name) serving breakfast. They treated you better than a restaurant. Plus, the amenities they provide from beach chairs, umbrellas to water and snacks. You can't get that usually. They go an extra mile for you. Was such a nice stay, hotel is a little old so you do hear the people above you but that doesn't make it a bad place. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was not included but they gave us one little basic breakfast basket anyways. So, it’s sweet when you see a business that’s not all about money! This is one is really an exception!
