Das Hotel Rathaus - Wein & Design bietet eine umfangreiche Weinkarte mit mehr als 450 österreichischen Spitzenweinen und erwartet Sie im 8. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Comfortable bed and pillow ,nice shower and bathrobe and sleeper ,every thing was available except kettle in room which is not expected usually in hotel ! Not a big deal ,we were happy 😃

Das Flemings Selection Hotel Wien-City begrüßt Sie in Wien, direkt hinter dem Wiener Rathaus und nur 5 Gehminuten von der Ringstraße entfernt. A fabulous hotel with a bit of James Bond connection: the New York taxi driver - eventually the owner of this hotel - used to drive Jan Fleming around and discuss the perfect hotel with him, hence the name. Very lush. The room was spacious with lots of lovely extras such as a welcome free bottle of soda. Beds comfortable. Quirky transparent shower cabin in the middle of the room - well, at least the toilet was in a closed space :). Morning view out of the window on Viennese rooftops including the Rathaus and (if one opens the window) church bells ringing to Sunday service, just lovely. Of course it's a perfect location one can walk over to the Museum Quarter, to the Ring and so on. Perfect for Christmas markets. Breakfast was gorgeous (with David Bowie quotations on the menu and lovely classical music). One can both use the buffet and order hot dishes from the menu card (no waste and lovely scrambled eggs with bacon). Also lots of different kinds of smoked fish, roast beef etc in quaint portion-sized glass jars - so no drying out. Nice local pastries including traditional Viennese Gugelhupf. Wonderful selection of Austrian fruit juices including pear and apple-and-elderberry, also regular and pink bubbly. I was travelling with my schoolboy son, so not in the mood, but it is such a nice touch :)

Die Hotel-Pension Wild begrüßt Sie in einem renovierten Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1904 in sehr ruhiger Lage im eleganten Stadtteil Josefstadt, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Ringstraße entfernt. It is in the centre of Vienne, very good reception and breakfast.

Im 4-Sterne-Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus verbindet sich der Charme des historischen Wiens mit dem modernen Lebensstil der Gegenwart. Schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Anna, Natalia, Thomas und Maxim. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Natalia, die uns bei ihrer Arbeit in der Kantine geholfen hat, die Erklärungen der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption in sehr gutes Deutsch zu übersetzen. Sehr gute Frühstück.

Das Theaterhotel & Suites Wien ist ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage direkt neben dem berühmten „Theater in der Josefstadt“, dem ältesten Theater Wiens. The staff at reception was very helpful, I got my boarding passes printed etc and they had good instructions on how to take advantage of the great public transportation.

Das Levante Parliament ist ein modernes, zentral gelegenes Designhotel direkt hinter dem Wiener Rathaus und dem österreichischen Parlament im 8. Bezirk. very good location. about 15 min walk from Stephanplatz or you can get a tram just round the corner. Vey nice facilities and very clean. Breakfast was just right and enough

Das umweltfreundliche Hotel Graf Stadion liegt im Bezirk Josefstadt. Sie wohnen hier nur 250 m von der U-Bahn-Station Rathaus entfernt. Staff, breakfast and location as well.

Das HPA Hotel Andreas ist ein traditionelles Bed & Breakfast in ruhiger und sehr zentraler Lage direkt hinter dem Rathaus im 8. Wiener Bezirk. The single rooms are spacious, as large as many twin rooms I have stayed in elsewhere. Our hosts were charming, friendly, helpful and informative. The area is quiet but only a fifteen minute walk to trams, buses and the metro. There are a few good restaurants a few minutes walk away and a good supermarket. I would highly recommend HPA Hotel Andreas and will stay there again if I return to Vienna.
