It was immaculate x nothing was too much trouble x we found that a particular member of staff called Jesus was more than helpful and was keen to look after us with information on the places around the city x we would rate him very highly x we loved our stay overall and will definitely return x As a chef I was absolutely delighted to meet alex tridente who is an amazing chef and a lovely man x he cooked for my wife and I and served us with a fantastic stuffed pasta dish x

The staff were very welcoming, kind, attentive and accommodating. The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette, great for staying with our three kitties. Very good breakfast, only sausages were missing; great restaurant terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money. It is a classic and traditional hotel where you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

Located close to Parque Arauco Shopping Center, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms with cable TV, an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness centre. Manquehue Subway Station is 1 km away. Good variety with breakfast. Fresh fruit every day. The view from our room on the 18th floor was exceptional. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is bar none, very safe area, close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation. Outdoor pool area is also great for the kids.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Large, quiet rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. We received a very generous upgrade and enjoyed the enormous suite with spectacular view of the city and mountains.
