I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which added a touch of luxury to my experience. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit every palate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with excellent service.

The whole place is modern and recently renovated, the reception area is welcoming and cosy, and the rooms are spacious, bright and well-equipped. The staff was especially helpful and friendly, and the receptionist who welcomed us - Max, was very warm and friendly, making the stay even better. There is a great selection of pastry for breakfast, along with a variety of typical Italian cheeses and hams, and they have packed gluten-free options. We would definitely stay at Dedo again!

With a quiet yet central location, Hotel Embassy is a few steps from Santa Maria Train Station in central Florence. It serves a varied buffet breakfast in its dining room with original arches. Great mattress, nice modern room with a bathtub. Friendly staff and great Air Conditioning.
