Very welcoming and attentive staff from the entrance to the housekeeping and room service. The best location to go out shopping or dining out. If you prefer small hotels, then the Broome is the best place to stay. The staff is exceptionally nice and attentive. The complementary breakfasts were a big surprise. It was so good that we even cancelled our brunch at Balthazar just to enjoy from one more breakfast. The location is perfect if your focus is on SOHO, Little Italy, Nolita, Greenwich Village and NOHO. All within walking distance. All in all, a great experience.

Hotel Hugo se nahaja v novo rastoči soseski okoli Hudsonovega trga na Manhattnu, med predelom SoHo in reko Hudson. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect to reach everywhere (we like to walk when we travel). I loved my view of the Hudson River (such beautiful colours in the morning & evening). The location is also very nice and safe. At the reception, you can always ask for water. My mother and I loved Hotel Hugo and we will come back here if we come back to NYC!
