We arrived earlier which was not a problem, because our room was already prepared. We got a room on a 49th floor instead of 28 what was booked for special request. And we decided to extend our stay one day which went super smooth! Special thanks to Salah our receptionist who was kind and helpful and he make all this thing happen! Thank you Salah for the excellent service!

Big thanks to Yaman he got me the exact room I wanted with marina view, after I showed him pictures. The room size, the bed and pillows, bathroom - everything was exceptional. Got a birthday cake and a card after returning from a walk :)

From Munir and Kelvin, to the valet parking staff, to the poolside team including Shanti, Purna, Hariyom, Bharat, Sally, and the others, and not forgetting the breakfast crew, to the warm welcome by Farid at the front desk upon our arrival, and all the other staff members. Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.

From the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, to the waiters, everything was great. I specifically chose the Marriott network, because I knew that everything would be super - and it was so. Sameh in restaurant, Mohamed in front desk, women on front desk on check-in, the tall person who cleaned my room on 5th floor was very friendly and shown good level of service.

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Dubai es asequible a todos los bolsillos porque te puedes adaptar dependiendo de tu presupuesto. Puedes pagar 15 AED por un café en cualquier sitio o pagas 3 AED en puestos del metro, comes por 50 euros o por 8 euros en un buen sitio cerca del Dubai Creek. También hay sitios de comida rápida o comida preparada en cualquier supermercado. Los centros comerciales que no te puedes perder son el Dubai mall, Mall of Emirates y el Battuta mall que aunque esté más lejos vale mucho la pena. Si vas en época que está abierto, el Miracle garden bien vale una visita y la zona de la Marina y Madinat Jumeirah y el Dubai Creek. En cualquier foro de viajes podéis encontrar mucha información que os será de gran ayuda.

Everything was perfect, location, room, pool, spa, food selection, staff. I was hesitant about taking this hotel considering the fact that many guests complained on booking about the elevators and traffic noise. I must say there was no problem in this respect. We could not hear any noise and we slept perfectly well. We were on the 19th floor and we would wait sometimes for a few minutes for the elevator but most of the time we were not waiting at all. We had half board and food was excellent, plenty of choice for everyone. We were checked so many times by the staff and their chief if we were happy with everything, if we need any assistance etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ms. Ranim at the reception greeted me with a warm welcome and upgraded my room. It was a lovely stay. I had gone for a wedding there at the hotel. The food was amazing. Next day when I checked out they asked me about the wedding. The staff were very pleasant and courteous.

Everything was very nice. A great experience. Great service at the receptiom. The swimming pool and the lagoon were fantastic. The rooms were modern and cozy with a 360 view on the lagoon and have a great balcony 😀. We loved it.
