Due to flash flooding and storms we got stranded in Proserpine for 5 days with no accomodation. John and Julie at Reef Gardens Motel found us a room and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. They provided us with clean towels every day of our stay and nothing we asked was too much. They cleaned our room consistently and offered to drive us to the local supermarket so we could stock up on some food until the weather had cleared and the airport was back up and running. Thank you both for looking after the 3 of us during this tricky time!

We stayed here for our last night in Airlie as we were getting an early train. Never stayed anywhere so clean. Lady on the desk was lovely and we got some good use out of the pool too

You made us feel very welcome and comfortable, such a friendly genuine guy! We can’t wait to come back One of the best places we have stayed in Aus all the way from England! The place was beautiful and relaxing the spa was perfect bed was comfy the shower was massive being near the waterfall was amazing and the drive was beautiful
