I have been very happily surprised at every stage on my stay! Beforehand, the staff were extremely reactive and helpful by email when I had to make amends to my reservation. Once at the hotel, every one, from reception to housekeeping and restaurant, was extremely kind and friendly. I could feel a real sense of good service and attention to keep me satisfied. Every one has been extremely helpful and dependable. The receptionists were amazing, in spite of being very busy and short-staffed since COVID times. As for the room, it was of good size, well-equipped, in very good condition and perfectly clean. A great experience altogether!

I really liked the attention and patience of the staff. My english is not good, but I felt so much efforts by them in order to clear my questions and offer a wonderful experience.
