More just a gorgeous vegetable / fruit mix appears in front of you. The whole hotel is vegan, so don't expect regular milk or eggs for breakfast. The staff were amazing too. The whole place is magic!

We go once a year to Vieques to disconnect and recharge and Lejos will definitely be our go to option for our stay. Patricia and Phil (the owners) run the property and are great hosts. Patricia’s culinary abilities are top. We loved the breakfast, specially the tortilla española. They are pet friendly. We were able to travel from puerto rico with our pet. 🙌🏼

Tastefully decorated, and nicely spread out Beautiful grounds and beach, which we were able to enjoy before check in, which was lovely Restaurant on site was amazing- the best breakfast we had on our whole vacation ( dinner was really good too)
