James at the front desk was fabulous on both our arrival and return. Everything was ready to go for us and he gave us all the info we needed without having to ask for it. Cheers James!

Very friendly staff, fantastic location, great value for small money. Other reviews were so negative, I'd had some reservations about going there, but that turned out to be totally unfair. I'd use the place again any time when I need a place at Detroit airport - terminals in easy reach by shuttle or even on foot
