Apartment is very clean and newly renovated. Garden was well decorated and cozy. Also, the apartment had everything we need for stay&cook. Location was super as well since there were good places to eat aroud the aprtment and Conad mart within few seconds walk. I will definately stat here again.

Right in the middle of the main signoria piazza square. Feels like being transported into a fairytale land. Laura, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, considerate and helpful. She provided us with information and links to all the best attractions in Florence and even the best restaurants to taste authentic Florentine food. Laura defines the essence of customer service excellence. We booked the executive suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the hard pillows but I personally loved them and had my best sleep so far in Italy.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Personalen mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående, strålande. Hotellet mycket trevligt, fin omgivning (såg ett rådjur i trädgården) Härlig swimmingpool som vi utnyttjade. Så trevligt att vi avstod från en till promenad ner i Siena, utan stannade på hotellet o njöt.
