Excellent, friendly hosts, fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Very quiet location with parking available closeby. Hosts went out of their way to assist with sightseeing suggestions, local restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Cornwall in the future.

I am a seasoned traveller, so I'm no stranger to hotels or lodges; The Haven Lodge though would take my prize! Such a wonderful stay, excellent staff/owner, comfy bed, high speed wi-fi, modern built, outlets beside the bed, TV with Netflix access, great heating, modern and powerful shower, quiet room, delicious breakfast, mini-fridge with complimentary water and drinks, kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, good location (just a few minutes walk to the seaside and almost beside a bus stop), there's an Indian restaurant just half a block away, a petrol station with convenience about a block away, and very kind and sweet staff. I can't stress enough how nice this place is! If you're staying in Newquay, skip the major hotel chains or the very cheap and badly run lodges - go to the Haven Lodge instead!

The host was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly cosy and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated, adding a modern touch to our experience. Notably, everything was impeccably tidy and clean, which contributed to our overall satisfaction during our two-night stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that we started our days with a hearty meal. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have access to a car. Alternatively, there is a convenient bus stop located right in front of the house, or you can opt for a pleasant 30-minute walk to reach the city centre.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 nights and it was awesome! We arrived early in the morning but they allowed us to check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was just off the main road so it was very quiet but beach, bus stop, supermarket, nice restaurants were all in 5 min walk. Perfect location. Also the owner's family was very kind. We'd love to go back again! 5泊しましたが、とてもいいホテルでした。 メインロードから一本入った住宅地にあり、とても静かでした。ニューキーの街は全体的に治安が良い印象を受けましたが、特にホテルの前には警察署があったので、夜中でも安心でした。 歩いて5分の距離にビーチ、バス停、スーパーマーケット、レストランなどがあり、とても便利なロケーションです。 チェックインもアーリーチェックインができ、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえたので、最後までビーチを楽しむことができました。 おすすめです
