The property has three units--this was our second stay. This time we stayed in the biggest middle unit--it is spacious and perfectly suited for a couple. The price was reasonable. The owner, Janina, is totally helpful and responsive to all questions or needs. The location is incredible--4 minute walk to Lido Beach and pool.

The location was excellent. Very close to bars and restaurants but still very quiet when you were in the complex. The complex is very well maintained and the apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We cooked in a lot of the time and the kitchen had everything that you would need to do this. It has easy access to the beach. Patrick and Valerie were quick to respond during the booking process and while we were there.

The loft was cute and perfect for Mom and Daughter Vaca. Close enough to Siesta Key that we enjoyed the Beach and Village..We were close enough to walk over the bridge and go to Cresent Beach (The water was beautiful) but we drove into Siesta Key..Was a little further than we wanted to walk.. Only reason I didn't give highest rating on staff is due to when I messaged you that we were close to being out of toiletries.. and you said the staff team would bring some by..And they never brought any by..We went out and bought the toiletries that we needed..I know alot of places don't provide toiletries anymore after initial amt. But you offered to have staff come by..and they didnt.. I do recommend the Loft and will stay there again.. also the beds were soooo comfortable!! Slept like a baby.. The only thing i would suggest is either a full length mirror and or a mirror in the Living area..Thank you so much for renting your place to us!!!

Super Lage zum Strand!!! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles an Equipment vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Super Küchenausstattung! Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Terrasse.

Schlüssel wurde persönlich übergeben, alle Räume gezeigt, Klimaanlage erklärt, Strandutensilien wie Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher, Kühlboxen im Schrank zur Verfügung. Küche mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kapsel- Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, ausreichend Gläser, Geschirr und Besteck. Für Schlüsselübergabe beim Checkout wurde der Schlüsselsafe an der Tür erklärt.

Das Appartement ist top eingerichtet. Ich schätze es wurde renovationsbedürftig gekauft total saniert. Die Wohnung war sauber, es hat alles funktioniert. Der Plattenboden; Küche, Badezimmer; Sitzbereich; Spiegel; etc. modern und neuzustand. Das beste war der Kühlschrank. (Mit Eisaufbereiter). So einer will ich auch zuhause. Bis auf den Tumbler ist wirklich alles neuwertig top. Wir sind schon in vielen Länder ( Hotels; Appartement; Häuser) gewesen. Dies gehört sicher unter die Top 3

everything was perfect! The house is fully equiped! you only need to bring your clothes and food! We really appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys! We loved the location, in a calm street but close to everything. The house is so cute and we definitely felt the beach vibes in it! The hosts were super nice!

The apartment was very spacious. It had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, tools, and appliances. I loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment. The beds slept good. It has a private deck with a table and chairs that is just a few steps away from the pool which the kids loved. They even supplied extras like beach chairs and an umbrella. It is very quiet here unlike some places we have stayed. The owner was also very quick to respond and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed spending our time here. We would definitely recommend it for other families.
