We really enjoyed our time in Cat Ba thanks to the great location. We had a private room and it was very spacious and clean. The hostel also offers very tasty breakfast and is located in a very good location to reach restaurants, bars and the town center by foot. The property manager Gem truly was a Gem and helped out with everything we needed. I can recommend everyone to spend your time in Cat Ba at Napoli Hostel! You will not regret it

Our cruise guide was very nice, polite, and helpful. The program was very well organised and we had the chance to visit nice places before the tourist crowds were arriving. Visiting Viet Hai village and fish farm was a nice surprise.

The property was located just outside of downtown Cat Ba - right outside of the touristy areas. The hosts were extremely gracious and so helpful. We even got to go for a hike around the area. 11/10

The host, Hung, seems a bit rough at the beginning but he is actually extremely nice and fun when you manage to steal a smile from him! He and his wife were very helpful and kind, and they make the hotel feel a very cozy, family environment. The room and the whole place was spotless clean and in an area that we totally loved: calm, green and at the foot of the mountain. The hotel is, indeed, slightly off the main street in the bay (only 10 mins walking) but we loved it that way and would go back there. Breakfast is very simple (tea/coffee and a sandwich with an omelette and tomatoes), but for what you pay it is already incredible. Hung can also help you with tours, bus tickets and motorbike rental.

Amazing host with a very welcoming and friendly family, always willing to help and always caring about my experience in her house and at Cat Ba. Very good breakfast. Helped me booking my tours and also with my bus ticket to another city. About the location, I loved to be in a more local area, but you need to walk a bit to the city center or get a taxi.
