Hvammból Guesthouse is a small, family-run guest house situated 10 km from Vík. Very nice, clean and with beautiful view. The apartment has really anything you need. We enjoyed the view in the sun from the little sitting section on veranda. Our favorite place during our stay in Iceland :)

Set in Vík and only 1 km from Reynisfjara Beach, Prestshús 2 Guesthouse offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was beyond my expectation. cozy and clean, the onwer was very friendly. and I had a chance to visit a farm where horses, lambs, dogs and cats lives. It was quite nice experience. and the location is also good enough. I could say it was the best place among the place I stayed in iceland. I willing to stay this place again if I can have a chance to visit Iceland.

Location is perfect - can walk to major restaurants in town, and a black sand beach. Homemade waffle batters, jam, gourmet cheese. Exceptional! Clean apartment with wood flooring. We were asked to leave our outdoor shoes on the foyer which could explain why the apartment was so clean. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comes with a waffle maker, a French press (for coffee) and plenty tableware, cookware, etc. Black out blinds. Quiet residential area. Great quality sleep. Free parking. Strong wifi.

Friendly and very hospitable house owners. Excellent breakfast with home made bread, served in a very nice athmosphere. We received useful guideance for our trip the next day, what to see and how to get there, etc. We also had a friendly discussion with the hosts about the house, the history of different interior pieces and decorations, most of them hand made by the ancestors. Absolutely heart-warming and friendly home!

Owners very nice and helpful. Beautiful art on the walls and a great jazz ce collection 🙂. Highly recommended!
