We got welcomed with fresh papayas and avocados from the garden. The property is very nice and for us in the perfect location as we were not looking for the touristy sites. Close to fantastic snorkeling spots!

I like everything of this stay. The ocean view is amazing, and it’s even better to wake up and have breakfast with the sound of waves. Tomomi is super helpful and her breakfast is great. The room is very clean and well kept. excellent!!

She is generous and helpful. We had a late check in and She waited for us. The room is nice and despiste we shared the bathroom it was clean during all our stay. The situation of the house is just 10min away from Hilo and close to the Volcanoes National Park. I would defenitly recommend you to go there.

Ricky and his wife are both extremely friendly, kind and hospitable people (as well as both being great cooks). The destination (10 min drive from town up into the hills) provides the most beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The room was immaculately clean and much bigger than I had originally thought going by the photos. We utilised the breakfast option and were treated to a variety of delightful breakfasts along with the best coffee I had drunk in Kona that they make with their own beans. The view whilst eating there is as good as it can get as well. Could not have enjoyed our stay more here and if we go back to Kona we will certainly be staying at Hale Hualalai with Ricky.
