The place is super nice and peaceful. The breakfast was great, rooms has a pleasant atmosphere. There is a got shower and super new, clean swimming pool! Noce viewe over the lagoon. The owner was so lovely and very supportive. Helped us when we needed to get to ATM and order a transport to the airport. Highly reccomend!

The place was amazing, situated within trees in a quiet place away from the noise of the streets of Kandy. Our room had an amazing view of the city, really spacious (we had the one at the top) well equipped and good WiFi (the router was inside our room)! Be was comfortable and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen!

Kushana was an amazing host. The property was super nice. Room had everything we needed. It was super clean and the balcony was amazing. We also eat the breakfasts and dinners at the stay and everything was delicious. Kushana also came to pick us up and drop us at the train station. We also did a tour for us and it was really great. The house is a bit of a climb from the town, but you get rewarded with a great view and you can even see the Buddha statue from the terrace. We felt like we’re staying in a colonial palace in the sky. Truly memorable and amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and tranquil. I would come back to Sri Lanka just come back and stay at Villa Rosa! The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. Food was authentic, high quality and delicious.
