Ahmed and his brother Mohamed made the stay very convenient. Breakfast was delicious, and the bed was comfortable. They recommended nearby restaurants and even took us to one on the first night, and helped arrange baggage transfer to a taxi on our last night after we checked out.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations – a perfect haven in every aspect. Remarkably, the top-class service and luxurious ambiance felt like a steal at such an affordable price. It was as if I had entered an expensive five-star retreat. The staff, treating me like family, elevated the experience. Special kudos to Umran, the driver, whose assistance extended beyond the reasonable tours, going above and beyond in every aspect of my stay—from navigating streets to purchasing train tickets, easing the language barrier. Nasser, the manager, consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction. Another staff member even went out of their way to take me to a nearby pizza shop at night when I expressed hunger. This hotel offered not just accommodation but a truly exceptional and caring experience.

Location was so beautiful surrounded by nature, quiet, and amazing views of the best sunsets. The fresh home cooked meals straight from the farm were some of the best meals I’ve eaten. Mohammed is so kind and he and all of the staff really made my stay something special. Staying here was a major highlight of my trip to Luxor. I am so grateful for every part and felt at home. In November/December we stayed three weeks in the beautiful Blue Nile House in a great apartment: spacious, clean, with three balconies and great views over grasslands, corn and rice fields, and the river Nile. Our host, Sayed, and his team are very kind and most helpful. The daily breakfast under the beach umbrella near the swimming pool was something to look forward to every morning. For dinner there was a varied menu of delicious Egyptian meals to choose from. The somewhat remote location of the hotel (distance to the ferry is 2,8 km) guarantees a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There are several possibilities to visit the ancient Egyptians monuments. Sayed can arrange for taxis and excursions by car, and there are lots of tuktuks on the road. We hired two bikes for three weeks at Mohammed Satohe’s ‘Bicycles for hire’ in the village to visit the Valley of the Kings, the temples and tombs on the West Bank, following good Dutch tradition. We highly recommend Blue Nile House, for it is the perfect place to stay on the West Bank of Luxor. Thank you Sayed, Abdellah, Ahmed, and Karim for these wonderful three weeks! It was a short walk from the ferry. It was a good value.

I had booked 5 nights but it was close to perfect so I stayed longer and probably should have stayed a month, it was that good. I can’t say enough good things about it. The owner offers top notch customer service and can be depended on for good, honest advice.
