We had a car and the available parking worked out just fine. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Dukes and highly recommend it.

From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The bed and room were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delicious. There was even an honor food and beverage bar where I could slip down late at night and get a drink and snack, which was much appreciated.

The house is situated off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city centre, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. Everything…. The position is strategic to visit Bath and also the surrounding… the room is fantastic (very comfortable bed, big bathroom with great products, everyday a small candy in the room).. the breakfast is the best we tasted in UK with great ingredients and choice… the host is the most kind person we met… very flexible also with ad hoc requests
