Easy checkin and checkout. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Parking near the door. The location was great to explore Takapuna and then to drive north. The room was quiet.

The cleanliness of the place is amazing. All the utensils and equipment at the place were almost brand new.Ample space. It's newly renovated, so the old photos here don't do it justice.

We had an excellent stay an Annie's place. The house was the perfect size for my family, and the location couldn't have been better. Every day we walked down to the beach and then went to get coffee in Mairangi Bay. I look forward to staying again.
