It is a so comfortable and clean property. Very suitable for families traveling. Landlord Anne is very nice lady, help us to solve some problems. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing in particular jolti, the receptionist. She went beyond her duties to help an irish couple. This girl is first class at her job. 5* I couldn't have asked for better. Very helpful on advice as to what to do and see in Rotorua . This lady is a gem. I hope she gets far in life . Margaret x
