location was great. From hotel to station shuttle service was fantastic. They have managed to provide one room earlier than we expected. That was kind gesture from front desk manager. Front desk manager (Male person) was very kind and helpful person. I would like to say thank you to him.

My friends and I are really grateful for the immense hospitality shown by the hosts, even though we had to leave early due to a medical emergency. The hosts did their best to help us in that situation. After a long trip, the evening snacks and tea were a lifesaver, and the 'chutagi' (local dish) for dinner was a culinary delight. The rooms were warm and cosy, and the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. We would love to revisit the homestay when we return to Pangong.

Over rated property. Location of the room was facing a jhugi ( dirty looking hut ). No food was available when we checked in at 3.30 . Only small bakery shop serving tea and coffee . We had to request a manager , and after his intervention got a burger . Message at Spa was ordinary albeit expensive . The breakfast was elaborate .

Excellent location for Vaishno Devi, hotel staff were very accommodating and let us have a late check out and borrow their SIM card for our trek. Very attentive & clean. They also provided a shuttle bus to katra

A wow experience, our own cabin in the woods. the ropeway was so scary I almost cried(technology wise equivalent to any world class ropeway).
