We recently stayed at the Tolarno Hotel in St. Kilda, Melbourne. While there were several positives about our stay, there were also a few areas that could use improvement.
The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, which was a great first impression. The price was reasonable, especially considering the hotel's central location. Multiple tram stops are within 300 meters, making it very convenient for getting around.

Possibly the best location for a hotel in Clayton, PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne is situated in M-City, which meant we could access the various shops if we needed something. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant, and we even got a room at one of the higher floors, as requested. The room was spacious, and even came with huge windows offering a great view of Melbourne, including the CBD in the distance. Overall, we had a great experience there, and would definitely stay there again if we visited the area in the future.

The location is great. Westfield Shopping Centre is within walking distance and there is an abundance of restaurants not far away. The bay is just a short drive away too. Getting to the city is easy.

Moorabbin is not normally an area I would stay in (mainly because I know it so well) but my son and I were very tired and so opted in for this place and it turned out to be great. Room was good and comfortable, walls in bathroom were dirty and need attention.
