The room, bed and kitchenette were very clean and the tea and coffee making facilities were very good. The necessary bread toaster was also part of the kitchen facilities. The reception staff were very helpful and nice to talk to.

I have to say that the location of the property suited us well but I also need to emphasise that it is the MOST UNCLEANED property I have ever stayed in, in my 75 years on this earth. See earlier response. The instructions provided to the wifi password were incorrect. We located the password on the base of the router. The view from our room was awful but we were only there for one night and got there late. I had asked for a room on the upper floors but we were put on the first floor. Bed was comfortable but shower head could not be adjusted which was annoying.

My family enjoyed every minute of our stay! From the comfort of our rooms to the many things to see & do, our experience was perfect! We stayed at Lancemore mansion hotel & enjoyed the food, the grounds, the mansion, the pool…. It was absolutely beautiful 👌 We also went to the Werribee zoo, absolutely amazing👌KimAustralia

Quite spacious with nice wooden ceiling decor. The fridge has bottles of water & milk. Perhaps my favourite thing was the free video on demand service with a large selection of movies & TV shows. Shops are about a 5 minute drive away. Werribee Open Range Zoo 10 minutes drive.
