Location is superb, its right across the metro at Icherisheher. And close to one of the gates of Icherisheher. Location is probably a shade below being in Nizami street but its not a major handicap. Its walkable (5 min) from the Boulevard too. Size of room is great. View (Icherisheher and City) from the room with 4 beds is also nice. Staff is helpful - they were happy to lend me a Lonely Planet book which I returned a few days later after I left the property.

I was staying in this hotel, I came again. I saw Gulu and Gorkhmaz here again. they were friendly and smiling as before. Delicious breakfast, clean beds and towels. it's so close to town that walking around town is no problem for me and I've stayed here before.
