There is a host responsible for international customers who helped us a lot in English and made sure we were well-informed upon arrival. We were also provides with an itinerary in English for the main landmarks of the city. Great laundry room and gym available. The hotel has many floors with different services. Its a great offer for the price and close to a metro station. The taxi rides to the sightseeing places are very short and cheap from the hotel’s location.

We have had a tiring trip touring parts of Zhangjiajie, Furong Ancient Town and Fenghuang Gu Zheng for the past one week. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay at JW Marriot.
