We liked everything. Very good location to walk to the beach, or to the port or even to the bus station to go to Chloraka Beach.
Rooms were cleaned every day, and breakfast had every day something new to try either it was traditional or international. The food was very tasty and full of many choices.
Every morning going to breakfast, guests were welcomed with big smiles and a "Good morning "in their languages not very easy to speak so many different languages.
We felt like home, easy to ask for informations or things we needed during our stay there.
Definitely we will go back and in my opinion the hotel and the hospitality needs more stars than it shows.

Public transportation was very good, we bought weekly pass and travelled in the city by bus. The sea wasn’t too warm in May, but we went in, it was okay. We visited the Venus beach, it was sandy, and could rent 3 sunny beds and umbrella for 10 euros. The beach was clean, but the toilets didn’t work. There is a Lidl very close to it. The streets were very dirty, it was disappointing. The archeological park was interesting near the harbour. You can walk along the sea 4 hours, there are water taps. But it isn’t sandy, it’s pavement. The temperature was 25-27 celcius, but we felt hot. I missed markets, where you can buy vegetables, fruits.

Paphos is a great place to visit because it has a great mix of nature, sea, culture, history, cuisine and nightlife. The weather is great and its not to busy. You can choose to have a quiet and peaceful time or a wild and fun time. People are very friendly. Many cat-callers and club promoters but overall not too persistent and easy to brush off. I highly recommend Paphos for its variety and beauty.

Fabulous place to spend a week - we visited the Old Town and also walked to the Tombs of the Kings. Great coastal walk with good footpaths and great views of the sea and small beaches.
We visited the livelier parts too - Bar Street etc - wouldn't want to stay on top of there as the bars are open until at least 2am but didn't see any trouble and good friendly staff.
Drinks a little expensive (especially the wine) but food was standard prices

The first thing to know is that there is not one single "...
The first thing to know is that there is not one single "center" or "turistic" part of the city. the majority of turistic shops are on the seaside, but in the inner part of the city and I have to say the are really few. Their opening time are quite weird for my standard, at 5 there was almost nothing open there, while on the seaside almost everything was open till late. In general not a lot of interesting and cute shops, I would say more low quality objects, no handmade and similar.
The archeological park is amazing and the Tombs of the kings are worthy a visit, I was really amazed.
the taxi for and from the airport are really expensive, but there is a bus, 623 which brings you to a bus stop from where is possible, very easily to get busses for each side of the city. each bus ticket is 2 euros while from 9pm is 3. the taxi from at to the airport is on average around 35 euros.
take care of the opening times of the museum because some are closed on Sunday or on Monday or which shorted working time.
On Sunday and Monday a lot of things are closed on the island.
A lot of archeological sites aren´t reachable if not by car.
I plan, if I go again, to rent a car, which doesn´t seem to be soo expensive, just keep in mind that they drive on the left side of the street.
People are also less kind that in Greece, where every time I say thank you, they immediately answer you´re welcome.
I would not say it is a bad place, it doesn´t meet my taste. If I have to suggest a place to visit I wouldn´t suggest Cyprus and if I have to suggest Cyprus, having seen just quickly Nicosia (as a city I didn´t like it at all, while the archeological museum is beautiful) and Limassol, I would suggest Paphos.
I love Greece and the Greek culture, maybe because of that I was a bit disappointed.

Great place where you can party or relax.
Great place where you can party or relax.
If you enjoy beer the Old Fishing Shack is a great place to visit and has over 200 beers.
The sea front has many restaurants and bars as well as ice cream parlours.
The harbour side has many good fish restaurants.
The apartment was very nice, spacious, well equiped and clean, big balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful, upgraded our apartment for free, gave us good advice for restaurants and helped us with everything we needed. Good location, walking distance to the beach, old town, restaurants and Lidl shop. Bicycles can be rented at the permises. The swimming pool area is also very nice. I can recommend it to anyone. It was the best apartment we had in Cyprus.
The property is at a great location.
For those who do not need fancy accommodations- the flat is the best. It is clean and comfy. The flat holds everything a guest need to enjoy staying. Plus - it looks and feel brand new and the design is beautiful. Its placed right on the beach and close to every place that is recommended in Paphos - coffee places, malls, and the old town, which saves tons of money on transportation. Another great thing is Nic the taxi driver - great service.
liked the size of property location good able to travel to harbour and surrounding areas by bus . Buses run to harbour and Coral bay and markets also old town regularly. Beach supermarkets pubs and restaurants within 10 min walk. Clean and comfortable good communication on arrival and leaving . local pub on Regina gardens complex with meals entertainment gives a focal point for residents and holiday makers . Thanks for a great holiday😎
Excellent hotel with a great location, clean, affordable and great breakfast too. The staff is very helpful and nice. You have only 5 minutes walking to the main old town arra, and about 20 minutes to the historical sites of Paphos. You can also take a bus. The rooms are well equipped and very quiet. The hotel staff can recommend you good places where to eat and excursions to take around the area.
The hotel location is great, next to the beach, nice coast walk to the harbour (1 hour) or opposite direction to the church 10 min walk. All inclusive is great , lot of chooise .. Service in the restaurant is good. Very welcoming staff, especially Crissy (hope I wrote her name right) who also did our guided tour to the old city and gave lot of other information about life in Cyprus. Many thanks.
The luxurious interior
The state of the art technology
The Cypriot hospitality and the professionalism of all the Amavi people
The emphasis on the details
The continuous presence of the management
Restaurant Nocturne is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Cyprus and deserves 1 Michelin star
Suite 401 is probably the most emblematic hotel room on the island
I liked everything about the property. The place is beautiful, clean, with a bay of windows looking up to the city and ocean in the breakfast area. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and even if didn’t had something (like an adapter) the hotel personnel gave one to me for use. Internet worked well. I would stay here again without a doubt.
An amazing hotel, with very friendly staff. We loved the cocktails in the bar and the amazing food at the OKU Restaurant. Rooms are very clean and the entertainment was 5 star. We have never experienced a more welcoming, happy and helpful group of people anywhere. The grass area overlooking the sea was ideal too for relaxing. We will definitely return!
Entertainment team do well, kids dance and evening shows are so great, food quality and availability throughout the day, coffee quality, lobby music and atmosphere, French bowls, pool size, giant outside area with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, overall nice and cozy view. One of the best 4-star hotels we've been to. Keep up the good work!
We had a great time. Considering it was off season there was still some family entertainment on. Food was OK and varied. Desserts were actually quite tasty for Cyprus hotels. We got a huge upgraded room and it was great value. Yes it's not 5 star standards but it's a great 4 star and great value for money. We would book again.
-The hotel has 3 buffet a day, however they don't take consideration at all for people who don't eat pork. if you order anything after 11pm, you have to pay for it as all inclusive is only available till 11 pm.
-Location is on the sea directly but it doesn't have a beach.
-Water park is nice and kids loved it.
This hotel is very traditional and located in the old town. The room was lovely and we had an evening meal that was outstanding and excellent valve for money. Could not believe the breakfast basically all you can eat included in the price. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. Great stay.
The location and the staff is great. It was quiet during the night and we especially liked that we could very conveniently pre-book hotel taxi to the airport early in the morning, taxi driver texted us a few days before and made sure the timing. It's a short walk to the promenade and the old town.
This hotel is located in a beautiful part of Cyprus that gets the best sunsets. The room has balconies that face the ocean and the pool. Breakfast has good options. The little beach in front of the pool is nice for a swim. They even gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine for our honeymoon!
The breakfast and dinner were the best compared to the other hotels we visited during our stay in Cyprus. The evening program every day was also pleasant. The staff really tried and met all our requirements. The view from the pool was exceptional.
Our second visit to this hotel and as always it was amazing! Best all inclusive experience you can get!
Yelena was as always so welcoming!
We are booking already our next vacation to the same hotel next year as well!
Absolutely incredible place to stay. Staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Would highly recommend, probably the best hotel in Cyprus!
