The reception staff upon arrival were very nice and friendly, bar staff most of the time were pleasant. The access to the waterpark was amazing alongside the staff working in there :) Lifeguards and bar staff couldn't fault the waterpark at all. The food was good, and it was always a good variety. The only issue was too quick to clear your plate. I walked away from my table with my child, and the full table got cleared away when I had already explained I was returning.
